I'm Trying To Do My Homework

A few days ago I came home from school and found out I had homework. I was home alone and I fetched my homework diary and got a pad and pen and the laptop to make notes. I left my stuff on the sofa and went to go to the bathroom. I did call out a few times to double-check that no one else was in the house with me.

After I'd done in the bathroom I went to my bedroom to get changed and I found my homework diary on my bed. I had no idea how it got there so I just shrugged it off, picked it up and went back downstairs.

I looked at the sofa and the only thing on it was my pad. I was really confused and just put my homework diary down and put it near a cup to make sure it was just vibrations knocking my stuff off the sofa. I did a recce around the house to make sure again that there was no one in the house moving my stuff.

So I walked into the kitchen and I looked around to find my laptop in the oven (thankfully not turned on!) I took my laptop and went back to the living room and my pad was gone, there was no spilt drink next to it and it looked like nothing had happened. I picked up the latop and walked into the dining room and sure enough the pad and pen were on the table.

I went back to the living room again and my stuff was still there. I sat down and turned the laptop on and my Dad's monitor flicked on. I wasn't scared because it sometimes does that, I was just a bit surprised. I looked and I was sure there were no tabs open and all of a sudden my Dad's music started playing and a little music tab opened by itself! I got really annoyed and shouted: "I'm trying to do my homework! Stop it!" The music stopped and for the rest of the day nothing disappeared.

I'm wondering if that was just a passing spirit or whatever.

Hey, listen, I believe every word you say. I have had things to be moved from one place to another and it wasn't a human who moved it. I believe that there are mischievous ghosts who like to aggravate us sometimes. The ghosts think it is amusing but to us it can really get on our nerves unless we just laugh it off and hope it doesn't happen again, which it probably will. Lol

When I was in school I was sent home with my homework. If your not sent home with your homework, then how do you get your homework? Do they mail it to you? With all the cutbacks in school I don't see that happening. You stated that "I can't help it if some of my paranormal past is colorful" Does that mean you are admitting that you made some of it up? I started to believe your story was real until I read the comments. Now I won't waste my energy, I already wasted to much.

lady-glow,
I'm sorry if you do not believe my stories but that's not a reason to be rude. Why would I write a fictional story on a site that I signed up for to share my experiences? It isn't my fault if my paranormal past is fairly 'colourful' so to speak

That passing spirit sounds more annoying than passing gas 😜

Sounds a little sketchy to me...

Well at least you have something new to tell the teacher instead of "the dog ate my homework".

Good detective work lady-glow 😁! I would say you are probably right about it being fictional then!

"I'm wondering if that was just a passing spirit or whatever"

Was that a question? Or were you simply floating off somewhere in your mind? I'm going with lady-glow's assessment about these stories, when going through them all you get a sense that this is some fantasy of yours. I'm sorry, this is for true stories here. And with this story I'm just not feeling it.

Do I smell B.S. All over this story? 🤔

After reading the present and ALL of your previous accounts I can not understand why you wonder if this was "just a passing spirit" if, apparently, you have been sharing your house with:
- a shadow man
- a little girl named Hannah
- a freaky rag doll that seems to be alive or possessed
- a giggly 6 yo girl (sorry, I'm not sure if she is Hannah)

On top of this, you claim to be psychic and have seen the spirit of your grandparents' dog and the one from a horse of unknown history...

Hmmm, individually each one of your stories is entertaining and even sweet, but put together they are a chronological mess and reflect a vivid imagination.

So, better do your homework and stop writing fiction stories on a site for REAL ghost stories.

WeirdnFreaky, somehow I have a bad feeling about the narration. Well, I feel it is negative entity/energy. Like many of the posters have suggested, cleanse the house. Try Rook's method. Do it continuously and you would find the effects after 3-4 days. You are courageous enough to shout back. But my advise to you is to be bold. Don't get scared. That would fuel the negative energies. Try to do some research on the house and maintain a journal. Missing things and appearing again are generally a part of paranormal activities. So be on the vigil. Keep us informed of any further information should you do research or experiences you might encounter henceforth.

Regards and respects to you.

Hmmm not to sure about this account, firstly you got home from school and then you found out you had homework? Wouldnt you already know you had homework? The other accounts seem a bit to expressive to me, are you sure nobody was home? Sounds as though someone was playing tricks on you! On the fence with this one! 😕

Things like that have happened to me before, with some of my things disappearing and then suddenly appearing somewhere else and I have always thought it was my late grandmother just checkinh up on me. But with the whole laptop in the oven thing, that sounds serious, you should tell your psrents and get some help. 😐

I agree with SirenBelva on house cleansing/blessing for good. You may follow the house cleansing method that Rook has suggested in this site.

Thanks for sharing your story.

I would do a house cleansing/blessing for good measure. You can find very good ones on this site or on various places on the Internet. Find one you are comfortable with, but don't do it alone. Sounds like it is very mischievous but you don't want it to escalate. The fact that it is moving things around shows that it is quite strong. Good luck and keep us updated!

That spirit sounds like a natural born hater. It wouldn't let you get started on homework? What's next? Putting you're soap in your bookbag before a shower? Keep it up with the homework, we do have hope for the future.

With your laptop being in the oven, that calls for a bit of concern wouldn't you think? What if it were on and caught the house on fire while you were in the bathroom?
I strongly suggest you speak to your parents about this and seek some help. This could get a lot more dangerous.
