Sleep Paralysis? Or Something Else

This happened about a month ago...

I'm not exactly sure how to explain this, but here it goes.

This night I did all of my ritual stuff before I went to bed. I've always had a good sense of paranormal things going on. Nothing felt strange as I was falling asleep. I mean I always have a feeling that someone is watching me. I've gotten used to it.

Anyway... I fell asleep and I was suddenly "awoken" and just lying there. That's not like me. I tried to move and I couldn't. I looked around my room to find this HUGE dark shadowy looking things with dark, dark, dark red eyes looking over me. I tried to get out of bed to run to my light switch but I couldn't. The shadow kept staring at me. Being the determined person I am, I put all of my effort into moving my body out of the bed. I tried screaming, and nothing came out.

After about a minute of struggling, it felt like everything was released off of me and I literally flew out of my bed onto the floor completing puzzled by what had just happened. I slept with my light on and the TV blasting all night.

This is the first and only time this has happened.

If someone could please help me figure out what had happened, I'd be most appreciative and open to anything anyone has to say. Thanks.

sleep paralysis is a state where you are sleeping while being awake. You are awake in the spirte world. Becarful through during sleep paralysis. People can be hurt or killed during it. There are some insints where "somthing" is trying to give a warning to you for somthing to come. Pay attention to those type of things. It happens more to people who deal with spirtal things. If you still have somthing to ask, e-mail me at dragongod101 [at] hotmail.com

Okay! My imagination got away from me there for a moment and when you said rituals I thought you meant something else. Not a nightly routine! Ha! Ha! April fool's day on me! 😆 If you try the other stuff let us know. Good luck! ❤

It's an everynight thing. I'll take a shower do all that good stuff, change and watch TV until I fall asleep. But my mom did turn off my TV that night. I couldn't tell you what time. Uusally it's on until I wake up.

I was wondering what kind of rituals did you do before bed? Was that the first time you did those rituals? Maybe that triggered something in your mind and caused some kind of sleep paralysis or maybe it was really paranormal. Who knows? If you are brave enought, I wouldn't be, try that same routine and then go to bed to see if this happens again. But this time be prepared. Put a video camera up and maybe a digital recorder. See if you can catch anything. Good luck and let us know! ❤

Honey it sounds like a good old fashioned case of sleep paralysis. All the symptoms are about the same for people experiencing it. I have never had it happen but I know many people who have. It's usually related to some kind of stress but again the period between rem sleep and actually waking can seem like its happening but in reality you are still dreaming and are not fully awake.
