Can't Make Up My Mind What This Is I Saw

This all happened when I was doing some stuff for school. I was sitting at my computer when I looked to my right, because, I thought I felt something touch my shoulder, when I looked (my bedroom is big) I saw at the far wall a shadowy figure looking straight at me. Then within a second it had disappeared, I was sitting in complete darkness with only the light from my screen lighting the room. After it had disappeared I discarded it out of my head, thinking that it was just something in my room casting a shadow. All of a sudden my window shutters slammed open. I went over to investigate when I looked out the window I saw the figure again. I tried to move but it was as if I was stuck to the floor. I guess it's what you would call being paralyzed. The figure disappeared within a minute and I could move again I shut the windows locked them grabbed the keys to my friends house and ran across my village to his house and slept there for the night.

The following morning I went back home (I got there just after my mom got home from work) and my mom was telling me off for leaving the window in my bedroom open. I know I had closed that window before I left the house. It's happened, few other times but in different rooms in my house. It seems to happen whenever I am at 10 to 10 and is usual gone and not seen again by 10oclock. I am freaked out by this and don't know what it is I am experiencing please leave comments as to what you think
