Miracles51031 I have been reading the stories on this site and the sister site (YPE) for about a year. I've never posted this because I thought it so unreal, that it wouldn't be believed. I mean I didn't even believe it was real until he punched me! For the past several weeks, I have been feeling that I should post this. I was nervous in doing so, but did it. Your posting here validates that I should have posted it. It warms my heart to hear of your laughter! I understand to well the "UGH"!

SpiritEnergy - yesterday afternoon I was having one of those moments when I just wanted to quit reading stories on here. Things were getting too... UGH is just about the only way I can describe how I was feeling without saying things I shouldn't.

And then I read this story. I know I probably shouldn't have smiled and laughed when I read it, but darn it, this one story made me glad I didn't take the leave of absence I swore I was going to take.

Even though it would probably have freaked me out if I'd been laying in "your shoes," I absolutely enjoyed this story. And I thank you for submitting it.

I have no advice. I think you handled it admirably!

[at] redphx, thanks again. I can think of lots of ways to say "you don't want to see this" instead of a punch in the eye! LOL. I was so confused as to the reality of the whole thing and then he hit me! It turned real very quickly! Do you have a link that could give me more info on these fae?

[at] Dreamergal72, it was indeed very strange. And I am glad that I could somewhat laugh about it afterwards. A lot of people have very scarey experiences, so I'm grateful. Thanks for your comments.

oh and don't punch it back. I think he was trying to help you. That would have been very rude. Humans tend to be a little mean to other species. It was wrong for him to hit you but he doesn't speak your language and that was his way of saying (you don't want to see this!)

Fae are the race of faeries. I don't know all the species of fae just some of the more common ones. Your encounter may even belong to elves which are supposed to be a little bit more gentle on the human race. What ever you want to know please ask. I will answer to the best of my knowledge and if I don't know the answer I will find out for you 😁

[at] BJJ! Back then I was too surprised by the whole thing. I just couldn't believe it. I wish I had punched back. Thanks for reading 😊

Thank you all for your comments and views.

[at] Moongrim: I have this whole scene ingraved in my memory. I have often thought of painting/drawing it. Great suggestion, I am going to do that. I read your story regarding your back, and Wow! That would have SCARED me! I did enjoy reading it though, it was very interesting and well written. Thank you.

[at] princessLotus and cosmogal926: I love that you both would have kicked some *ss! 😆 I too find humor in this. He punched me in the eye, I couldn't believe it! If I wasn't so surprised by it, I may have gotten mad and hit back myself.😊

When I think about it now, it is frustrating that I just went back to sleep. I could have gotten some more information, perhaps, if I hadn't.

[at] MoonlightHunter: I have never read or heard anything like this either. I've been on this website and the sister site and have been looking for any similarities, anything, and have seen nothing. I finally decided to put it out here to get others views. I'm beginning to think it may have been a start of, or end of, an astral projection. Or something similar? To answer your question, nothing has ever bothered me with my leg, not that would be more than a minor ache, and rarely. Thanks for your comments.

[at] redphx: I would love to hear more about this species "fae". Are you speaking as cosmogal926, mythical creatures, and such? My knee has never been checked by a doctor. I've never had reason to. Thanks for your comments and look forward to hearing more about the fae.

[at] troyarn: Thanks! I usually do stay calm until after the storm. I raised 5 children and 4 of those girls! 😆

I'm also going to have to agree with Lotus. Some little stranger wakes me up, then punches me in the eye, I'd be ready to smack him back. Mostly for the waking me up part lol.
Very interesting, and unusual, story. Thanks for sharing. ❤

Great story! Very strange experience you had there. I have no idea what to make of it but I truly doubt I'd have the calm you did and be able to go back to sleep (I like princessLotus' strategy). Thanks so much for sharing this. If you find out anything else, be sure to post it.

oh you had a truly amazing experience. This I believe you saw a species of fae. They are really not that nice which is probably why he punched you. They don't let themselves be seen too often. Helpful and destructive. For curiosity sake you should go have your leg checked by a human doctor. The fae may have fixed what was wrong that you didn't know you had and now never will. Or they were just playing around trying to fix something. That is really neat. I am sorry he hit you but he was working. I guarantee you were not supposed to wake up and you took him by surprise as well.

I've got to say - I have honestly never heard about anything like what you described before. I would usually say sleep paralysis, but since you sat up and moved around, I don't think it is that. Sleep paralysis involves the person not being able to move. Very VERY odd experience.

Question - after that, did you ever notice anything different about your leg? Any stiffness, soreness, or maybe increased or decreased performance?

Wow that has got to be the strangest thing I have ever read. I am with princesslotus on this one. That little doctor would have gotten kicked across the room. LOL! I also don't want to make light of what happened to you, but I did let out a chuckle when you said he looked at you and punched you in the eye. The only thing that comes to mind after reading your story is mythical creatures. Maybe trolls, or some kind of fairies. Very interesting story, going in my fav's! Thanks for posting 😊 ❤

That's cool. Not that you got hurt. But Oh my Allah! I would have punched it back, little creep & his girl friend too! LOL! I'm in no way making light of your story I believe you I've seen some crazy stuff so I believe you. I'm just a real b*tch. 'specially if the lil' Doc smiled that vile smile & punched me I would be pissed. It's like 'No you can't punch me! That's my leg you're doing God knows what to! BLAM knock 'em both out. Lol. Sorry. But it just frustrates me how much control these things can actually have so much control. Bullies. I like your story. Bless you & yours & MCL.

A truly interesting experience.

But just out of curiosity- why don't you try drawing out the experience? As in making a picture. I would imagine that it would help you to remember more details, and might even jog the memory of other folks who may have experienced something similar. My first posting I had something come in my room and put something on my back.
