So, anybody know when the first day of school is? πŸ˜†

As soon as I read this story, I KNEW it would get a ton of comments... And it did. Whether or not this is a true story, you went, you partied, and despite all the warning this spirit gave you to stay away, now your friends are alllll gone. Now THAT's warning.

That's a lot of details, but no substance. What town is nearby, what High School? Police reports link, obituary?

Nothing.

I have no idea why anyone would believe this D/A. It's an epic murder mystery with no basis in reality. When I finished reading this story this morning, I couldn't wait to see everyone's comments on this pile of nonsense. Good show everyone! You all had great comments!

*sigh* DogLover, I hate to break it to you but this story is fake. I cannot for the life of me understand how someone could possibly believe this load of hogwash.

Jav: good catch on the electricity deal, hahaha... I don't know of too many abandoned houses with functioning electricity and, I am assuming, water... That is unless ya'll just went and dug a hole in the back yard. This story just gets better and better.

Now we know what happened to O.J.'s knife, his Heisman, and how they got the USC colors (see Del Taco's Ads).
We also have the mysterious abandoned house at the dead end of far road with functioning indoor lighting.

But no one knows who the MVP was in the Homecoming game of 1992 against the UCLA Bruins?

Jav

My money's on the slow, white, Ford Bronco travelling down the 405.

You guys, it would be pretty easy to find if you read the "description" of where it was. -puts on investigator hat-

"To go there, there was only one road in and out and it's a dead end at the end. It is around 4 miles from town... The closest buildings next to it were a Del Taco, Burger King and a gas station which was around 2 miles."

See, it would be easy to find if we submitted this to some of the California police agencies, because they should have a description like it, seeing as a young man got killed with a knife after returning from there.

Also, am I the only one who feels like this is a final destination movie minus the premonitions?

champion, I cheated a little. Google'd Bruce Campbell quotes and copied and pasted from imbd.com 😳 LOL! But since Ash is able to time travel he could google it himself now and say it correctly. πŸ˜†

sarahmariacecilia, that would be treebeard the incubus wouldn't it? MVP cut that tree down with his wrist mounted chainsaw and used it for the bonfire party the next weekend outback of S-SMART.

"This experience I had still brings countless questions in my mind."

Mine too, for example...

1. You said you had a party there. And these experiences happened while you were cleaning up. Exactly how much alcohol had you ingested before this happened?

2. No houses, even abandoned ones, are "public property". Abandoned houses are generally owned by the bank or the state, and therefore you were still throwing a party in a house that did not belong to you. You and your friends were trespassing.

3. What plane were they on and what year did this take place? I bet I can find an article if there really was a plane crash.

4. What were you smoking because it sounds like the good stuff, and why are you not passing that dutch brah?

Ok so we have officially declared this Bruce Campbell Day! LOL Awesome 😁

[at] SoSivy, I know which one you are talking about, and it does sound kind of like this one. I can't remember the name of it either. I do recall a possessed deer or something on the road outside of it though. LOL πŸ˜† πŸ˜†

sarah - glad I could give you a laugh;)

Lou - I bet you're right, all of that stuff probably slid into the ocean along with this dude's credibility. πŸ˜‰ I actually know people who work for the state so I could probably easily procure said death records if I had names to work with. I am also very concerned as to the professionalism shown by these police officers who let go the "last man standing" in a series of grisly "accidents". Oh, and I am curious as to the author's name. I bet I can find some records of his exploits as "MVP".

My first comment ever and I am quoting Bruce Campbell! Whoop!

Lets hope that he got the words right before he took the book this time!

This has cheese ball horror flick written all over it! There is another story on here somewhere that this one really reminds me of... A group in a house and one guy got locked in the closet and came out with words carved into his arms... I'm going to have to see if I can find that one.

He's got the book. He's got O.J.'s Heisman Trophy, he's got Del ^Taco special sauce dripping down his chin, and he still can't find the END ZONE!

sarahmariacecilia, he better lave the necronomican alone, you remember what happened at the graveyard he said the words mostly, he did! That's probably what got his buddy killed with the flying knife but with his MVP talent he dodged the deadly knife with supernatural capability and proceeded to...

johntravis28, that's it he forgot the words again that started it but when the portal was closed it sucked the house and demons back to he'll that's why the house is no longer there.

Agreed. Everybody was killed except you? Usually when that is the case the person left living is the killer. We find it out when the movie starts recapping with sinister music playing and we recall double meaning quotes that were said. And then we think "I can't believe I paid 7.50 to watch this"...oh sorry... Is this not from a low budget movie with no new ideas?

DA,
I'm pretty sure the property slid into the ocean and the death certificates, well, they wwere lost when the Town Hall burnt. Which town? Oh, well... Its a GHOST town... Everyone moved out when the Del Taco sold out and there wasn't any work.

Oh goodie! A haunted house in California! So, where is this land so that I can go check it out? Even though the house isn't there anymore, I can probably do some investigating on the land. And I would also like it if you could share your friends' names so that I can review their death records for myself. Since this all took place in California I am in the perfect position to investigate the authenticity of your story! I eagerly await your reply.

Unless you are writing this from a jail cell, it seems a bit out there.
So, you have an experience, you go back with friends, one is attacked during the daytime; so you wait until dark to return... You are put through terrifying experiences with only people who are now dead and cannot corroborate, at a place that is now torn down and no one can investigate...I'm out of red flags.

This story sucks... Just like the trojans.

Okay, I always read these stories with a very open mind but I just can't seem to believe this one. It sounds like a college horror film. 😒 Forgive me if I'm wrong, but this seems pretty far out there. Wouldn't the police be questioning why your friend was stabbed in the chest? Wouldn't you be a suspect? Wouldn't you have called the police when there was bloody writing on the walls? I just can't...
