Well JimD just repeating on several stories that it is demonic activity does not seem like very well thought out commenting. Much of what you list as symptoms of demonic activity are symptoms of mental illness. Perhaps you could share some of the reason behind your advice. How do you know these things that you are 100% sure of? The rest of us are trying to piece things together with what the physical sciences, logical reasoning, and anecdotal evidence can tell us.

Furthermore, did you miss that this happened in a house where the poster no longer lives? I don't see why you think that advice was relevant.

Thank you; I was not going to write that addendum, but freedom of speech is supposedly protected by those of us who wore a uniform, including me. I often see counsel about self empowerment, with which I disagree, but, if it's polite and genuine, I respect itand won't vote it down, although disagreeing with it. Others don't do so. But, God bless them also.

JimD-
That was very well said! I think you offer great advise and I commend you for not being afraid to offer it. Your right, just because someone doesn't share your beliefs or agree with them, they shouldn't vote you or anyone else down.

Hi;

Shadows are tell tale demonic, when combined with the other sccurrances, i.e. The fear and grotesque representation of human faces. Other symptoms are: cold spots, night time scratchings, night time whisperings, sudden depression, intrusive thoughts, fear, etc. My counsel is using Catholic Holy water and invoking 'Jesus and Mary' for assistance. Emaik me, if you need more. Just my two cents; no preaching. God bless you. Dukes2352atAOL.com.

PS These symptoms are 100% demonic - 100%. Many, many posts on this website are demonic. It is what it is, but, thankfully, this site is not representative of the general population. I only add this addemdum because a few folks try to dismiss my sound counsel as beibg repetitive - which it is because the symptoms are both repetitive and clear and happening more and more in our world. If a post is written in good faith and is polite, it should NOT be voted down, just because folks disagree with the content. I don't do so, but others obviously do, and that's not real fair. But God bless them also! And I really do mean that! Just my opinion.

hey all, I wish I could expound upon this story, but I really told it as it happened.
The figures were... Shadowy, but I could make out details... If that makes any sense.
And if it had only happened to me, I would discount it as straight up imagination. But my oldest sister and my best friend had a smiler experience, so it was not made up by me... I am as you all are, rather confused by it, as to my knowledge there was no castle in the area I was in...
Feel free to not believe it, because if it hadn't happened to me (over the course of 3yrs) I would think it was made up...

...um. That was... Um to say, mmm. Not much to say except wow, that must've been one heck of...experience. Weird, I guess.

[at] Nysa: it's a Fox movie that's right... Sorry it just has the look of a Disney movie about it... Watched it with my cousins a week or so ago.

That was Miracles, but no worries. I have not heard of their castle, I went to the Palace of Gold in WV but that is a Krishna temple.

Anyway, it is rather fantastic, I was giving this account the benefit of the doubt & assuming there was something strange going on that was not reflective of something that happened in the house at any point. And Anastasia isn't a Disney film, common misconception. Sorry Disney-phile here. 😳

[at] Nysa: Oh that must be one of the ones those tycoons built for themselves to live in. I've always wanted to visit one, but I haven't had the chance...I've been thinking about asking my parents to take us to Maymont Castle in Richmond. Well thanks for bringing that bit of knowledge to the table, especially the mention of it having ghost tours at one point.

Mountaineer - there actually is a castle in West Virginia. Although I've never been there, I have heard of people who have. I'll have to check, but I believe one of my brothers visited it several years ago.

It is currently closed to the public, being privately owned. But once upon a time it was open and they held ghost tours, imagine that 😉

A vision of a ballroom filled with ghostly dancers... Well that's a scene from the Disney movie "Anastasia." Are you pulling our legs? And I wasn't aware that there were any large Medieval castles in West Virginia... Could you please elaborate on all of this? Nysa's question was one I was going to ask too, but it's already here.

This is one seriously bizarre account. I am a bit confused on one detail, were they 3 dimensional or 2 dimensional? Shadows on the wall sound 2-D but you say they look you in the eye which is hard to understand in 3-D so I can't quite wrap my mind around the picture you are describing.
