I did take a break as I have already explained. All this started before I had any electronics avaliable.

Edge, Sometimes what we fear the most is what we actually conjure, by giving those thought-forms energy. The computer and TV and even cell phones tend to scramble things in the brain. Try (as some of the LONG time people on this site have suggested) taking a break from all the electronics. Go out in to nature. Explore the natural world & see if things don't quiet down just a little.
Wolfie, respect is earned by those that deserve it, not by how many times you post.

You are taking atvantage of that title. You're a skeptical idiot, who obviously doesn't read the stories people write. Also, I'm not feeling guilty for anything because I did nothing. You just implied that I did. Anyone who reads this: give my some support.

EdgeofFear I never said you started the fire. Why would you think that unless you are feeling guilty about something.
I think you should notice that I am an esteemed poster here so I think you need to show just a bit more respect if you do not mind.

Thank you L. I have noticed that I have thought I was seeing things once or twice with the T.V. On, but most of the sightings happened It was not on, nor was any light source similar to a T.V. I only have one small mirror in the room and the windows are covered most of the time, so I doubt that is what is causing other things that I am seeing.

WolfReal, stop wasting space by suggesting that I started the fire because I did not. Furthermore, I cannot even get to the part of the house where it started.

I have to insist that all of these skeptical comments need to stop, as they are starting to waste my time, as I try to answer all of the comments.

EdgeofFear, there may be a connection between the fire and the shadows and lights you are seeing, in that the fire has probably put you on "edge." (No pun intended.) Your senses are probably heightened and you are probably experiencing some anxiety. (Simply being a teenager can do that to you! But when you add the stress/disruption of having to deal with the aftermath of a fire -- no matter how small -- and it's not a far leap to believe that you're stressed out.) This anxiety can make you jumpy, and you may tend to overreact to stimulus.

The next time you see something out of the corner of your eye, check out what's going on around you. Is the TV on? Are you near a window or mirror or some kind of glass? I have a candle in a jar in my office, and sometimes the picture (light) from the TV is reflected by the glass. It draws my eye to it, and it gives the impression that something has moved. But it's merely the light reflection in the glass.

I'm sorry for your trouble and hope that things are going better for you soon. Wishing you peace,
L.

EdgeOfFear I think the real question everyone is thinking is how did the fire start. Are you feeling guilty about anything? This is how ghosts noramlly are seen. Someone feels guilty about something.

Excuse me! Are you actually saying that. Not only is that impossible because I left the house before the smoke got in, but your comment is completely irrelevent. By the way, the CHIMNEY FIRE started because some chimney workers misinstalled somthing a year ago.

EdgeofFear - I believe you have been poisoned by something in the smoke or air after the fire. Go to the doctor and explain what is happening and when it started happening. BTW EdgeofFear, how did the fire start exactly? Was it REALLY a chimney fire?

My computer actually arrived at the hotel four weeks after this started happening.

Sorry for the three quotes in a row, but I really cannot take your comments seriously troyarn, as you have put an extremely skeptical comment on almost every other story you commented on

-Note: I also heard noise and felt things. Vision doesn't explain this.

I have to say the computer has much to do with this. If you spend too much time staring at these electric boxes, the eyes tend to do things.

I know someone who has seen the exact things you have and yep, he was on the screen too long (daily for hours). To test this, try to skip the computer for a few days... Maybe read a book or go to the park or something. If you still see these things, then there might be something going on.

For one thing, I would have been told or know if I had a "tick" by now, so that's ruled out, and as for the second part of your comment, I don't have any idea what these things could relate to. The lights look like blurs, the shadows look like a person swishing by, and the noises sound like someone is either tapping on a window or the wall. Tahnk you for your tip, but I can think of nothing currently that it/her could be trying to tell/show me.

It could be a 'tick'. That is a word used for involuntary movement of muscles ext, and seeing things that are not there. Not saying this is what is happening to you, but I thought of that word after reading the story and peoples comments. My mother has this condition and it started after living in a haunted house. Her doctors call it a tick. I had a boyfriend whom talked to himself and didn't realize he did it. To me I thought he was insane but it's a medical condition that makes you do things without knowing you are. OR on the other hand if this is a haunting like I posted on your other story, these 'beings' could be trying to tell you something. Maybe it's there for a warning or a message as to the fire that took place in your lives. Spirits are all around us and some make it very obvious when they are trying to communicate. Tune in when you have the time and think deeply what exactly relates these incidences to the daily living you are. Example: You see flashes of light, what do they look like? What relates to that in your life? You hear noises, what does it sound like? Is it something you heard before or entirely new? Everything has an answer if we can conjure it out. Start relating your occurrences to your life and how coincidental these things are being.

As I just finished saying, I have not been playing video games for quite a long time now, and they have still been happening so all comments similar need not be repeated. I know for a fact that is not what caused the images. Also, I forgot to mention in the story, but I have been experiencing pulls and touches on my sides as well that were not muscle related.

I agree with Tonith. Computer games can stay in the brain quite awhile sort of burns into your brain. In which you may be able to see the images anywhere you may be. Laying off the computer for a peroid of time may help.

Thanks for the comment, I don't game that often, and it's kind of refreshing to find someone who knows that there is a way to tell the difference.

[at] EdgeOfFear,
I play Battlefield, I mean I play I have done 4 - 5 hours contuinous, I know when I have gone to bed after playing for so many hours, I actually start seeing flases of light, I have even dreamt of that I am actually in game, usual the dreams starts from where I turn the game of. I know if I was not expereincing so much, I could easily blame the game for the weird and wonderful happenings but like you I know the difference. By the way to many cheaters in FEAR. Call Of Duty 5 I think wicked. But I will stay away from it. 😉

Actually, to clarify, I was not referencing F.E.A.R. Because I play games often (I don't), it was just the best example I could think of.

I also was grounded from them some of the time I saw these. Don't pull the you got the images from playing F.E.A.R. Either, I saw the image/ aperation before I ever played it.

Thanks for your concern, but I usually see these things well after I game, and that doesn't explain the things I saw at school with no computer access.

They say that computer images tend to stay in the brain for at least 2 hrs. Computer games are visually stimulating with lots of noise/ explosions etc. I think this can bleed into our dream world and maybe even into the daydreaming world. I just don't know if it's happening in the real world. Lay off the computer games for a while and see what happens.

One other thing, ignore the title, it's not just about lights. It's actually more shadows and images.

As a response to Grinder, I have not assumed it is evil or bad, as it has not harmed me or tried to. I don't think that is it's intention whatsoever. It just freaks me out a little and surprises me on regular basis.

As an update, half an hour after I wrote this, I went to bed and heard a continuous irregular tapping noise for five minutes.

To blank, it isn't bothering me, and I am a decent student, so I'm not worried about it bothering me.

Yes Grinder is right. As for me my curiosity overtakes my fear. I understand what you mean, and being quite young these things would disturb your studies. So try to stay away from it for now. Try meditation it works.

I would say it's kind of hard to determine if the entity is good or bad. How are your personal - inner - feelings about what you see? It could very well be a spirit that saved you from the situation, or the one that caused it.

Don't immediately assume that a ghost or vision is evil. I think that's a bad mistake. But trust what you're feeling inside when you see it. There's nothing wrong with curiosity.
