Just talked to two of the seniors again.

WhiteBuffalo I want you to access what they said because it sounds sort of strange to me. Well this is what they told me.

They said that the gravesite is about close to half a centaury old. So I guess that might not be the gravesite.

They claimed the tribe placed a curse on the gravesite.
Which I do not believe because I do not believe in curses.

They also said that someone dug up the grave for the jewellery and the spirit haunts the place because of that.

This place is lower down my street.
So I will have to talk to the rseidents about this haunting.

The problem is overall the entire street has stories of hauntings. So this can be any spirit.

Hey Whitebuffalo
Check this link out.

I think I should go out of the Diego martin area for more information about this Arawak Princess.

(sigh)
I just finished watching a football match. It was...

I guess it is history stories passed down from one generation to generation.
Some still argue that it was a carib tribe.

I will ask them some more questions and the spirit also.
I will check out the links. ❤

Yes, the SENIORS claim that she was buried... If this happened in around the 1400's, how is it that these seniors KNOW that she was buried and where?
I checked out the link you provided, and all it truly talks about is the Chaguanes tribe of Arawaks. The Chaguanes are a sub-tribe OF the Arawaks. If you want to start out your search looking into this particular sub-tribe, I would suggest looking up paintings, illustrations and the like and TRY to "match" what he was wearing TO the images you come across.
Otherwise, I would keep looking, as there did not appear to be the word "Princess" in use for the Arawaks. Or straight up ASK him. He has appeared to given you MUCH information already.

If it were ME doing the research, I would look up[ tribes still in the area and go make a few friends. You could probably get a lot more accurate history from one of the elders if they are willing to share.
Wa-do.

White Buffalo
He did not say which tribe so I classified it into Amerindian Tribes which is very broad. That is why I am having problems locating the gravesite because The Amerindian People have numerous tribes.
The seniors stated that there are two sub tribes that once lived in the area.
(1) Carib Tribe
(2) Awarak Tribe
But this is not sufficient enough because I believe that there are other tribes.

His regalia did not have feathers. He was half dressed exposingt his chest and his chest was (well I am a girl so excuse my my description😊) really muscular and hot.
I did not recognize any markings in particular.

The time frame was I believe from the 1400 where Christopher Columbus came to Trinidad because he and his crusaders raged war on the Amerindian people alone. I do not believe any other crusaders did but my history could be wrong about that.

I am not sure if he was from the chaguanes tribe because this small tribe of the Awaraks were believed not living in the Diego Martin area.
Some historians argue that the chaguanes tribe was a carib tribe but I will go by this link:
But some say that the chaguanes tribe may have also been in the Diego Martin area. I will have to do a lot more research on this one since the documents for this tribe are very scarce to find in the libraries.

The seniors claimed that she was buried. But I am guessing those were just claims for I do not know exactly what tribe she came from.

I thank you for your post. I am still in the process of talking to this being whenever he comes to me and doing research ❤

I will not get into MY take on the history of Natives and those that came AFTER them. If I did that, my soap box would have to be burned after I was shoved forcibly off of it. 😊
You say that you are still researching the tribe that used to be/is in the area.
Which tribe did he show you he had an allegiance with?
Was he in full Regalia when he came to you? If he WAS, did you take note of colors, feathers, bones or shells in the makeup of his Regalia?
Which TIME frame did he show you he was from? That really could narrow down your search.
In the Trinidad area, there were several sub-tribes. The Nepuyo, Lokono (also called Aruaca), Kalinago, Yaio, Chaima, Warao (Warrahoon, Guaraunos, Guarahoon), Kalipuna, Carinepogoto, Garini, and the Chaguanes. More than likely there were others not named, as well, but those were the main sub-tribes of the Amerindians in that area.
In order to find out if this Princess's final resting place IS where the seniors claim, you would have to know WHICH sub-tribe they came from, and which form of final resting they used. No sense trying to uncover a grave, if the tribe "lift" sent their loved ones to the Afterlife on scaffolding, poles, or out to the Sea.
Wa-do.

Yeah the crusaders tend to be that cruel. It is a form of torture.
I remember watching a documentary on the history channel where some of the native indians in America were fed hot liquid coals by the crusaders.

I will surely keep up the research but I am having trouble finding the gravesite.
The spirit will have to find peace sooner or later.
He cannot wonder around like this forever.
It will be like torment.
