It is possible to kill demons and spirits if you can enter the astral realm they exist in like I have before. One particularly nasty fellow dragged me in there, exposing his weakness, good luck to you hunting that thing bro, ill see you in hell when we both end up there =)
Ghost story: Sleep Paralysis Or Unseen Spirit?

I spend a lot of time researching demons and this seems to be happening a lot recently. I have come into contact with small, 3 foot transparent apparitions that cause sleep paralasis, creaking when they move and sometimes smash objects, twice, and have heard accounts of the same things in many parts of the world. Its not dangerous, just not exactly desirable. Don't go calling in ghost hunters or anything, just perform an exorsism or sleep with a light on. Light seems to be a common deterrant to creatures of the night
