Well as many of you know I'm a 27yo female from Ohio. I am also married to a wonderful understanding man, who is the love of my life. I have 2 step children (that I adore) and none of my own yet. Although I am trying now to conceive.
I believe in GOD and all of his work, although I don't consider my self to really be RELIGIUOS due to the fact that I'm not as strict with it as most are. Maybe I should be, but I don't like the idea of being a hypocrite either. I do have a lot of spiritual beliefs, and I believe in ghosts and spirits and life after death but not so much in reincarnation although I can say that it may be possible. I believe more in spirits hanging around on earth until the time they are able to cross over. I have had a ton of paranormal experiences, and it seems like they just keep happening not quite every day, but pretty often. I also work as a medical secretary in my city's hospital. So I have seen and heard a lot working nights there for more then a year now. I love to share my experiences with other people who understand and respect them. I will add stories now and then when I have time to write, and I look forward to every ones comments.

Ghost Stories from Ambi

Sally Mae Hatfield on 2008-06-26

I got a phone call this morning from Stan (the security guard in my last post). He told me that after the incident with our nurse-ghost that he was too freaked out to stay on nights, and that he had switched to a first shift position. I was wondering why I'd not seen him over the past few months. He...

3rd Shift Same Hospital on 2008-06-18

Well, I said that I had more to tell so here's another one for you all to ponder about. I worked 2nd shift for almost seven months. It was actually a terrible shift due to trying to have a life outside of work. 3pm to 11pm, 5 days a week was really taking a toll on my free time. So I asked abou...

Hospitals Are Haunted on 2008-06-17

As some of you know, I work as a Medical Secretary in the hospital in my town. I have been there for a year now. I'm going to share a few scary experiences with you that I have had so far into my career. First of all I have to say that I was very skeptical taking this position because visiting ...

The Ouija Board and John on 2008-04-07

I'm 27, and I live in a small city in Ohio. When I was 16, I met this chic named Becca, we got along good, and to this day she's my best friend. The same day we met, I found out that she lived in a house that I was way too familiar with. Another best friend of mine (Mo) had live there a few years be...

Haunted or Paranoid? on 2008-03-11

I'm new to this so I will try to explain my story from the beginning as best as I can. I'm 27, I have had some very terrifying things happen during my short time here (being alive) and I think I may be haunted or maybe I'm just paranoid. For as long as I can remember, I have seen things, images, ...

Hi guys... Just to be clear, for the last question... I was 15 when this happened. It was 1996. In December of this year I will be 30. Also I can see why anyone would question this. As I just reread my post, I noticed that I wrote June of 06, when actually it should be June of 96. An honest mistake! Sorry!

Well vals world it didn't really work out that way, but some strange occurrences happened I followed up with another post called Sally Mae Hatfield. If you have the time you should for sure check it out. Thanks for your interest.

So, I just got in from work, Its like 6:57 am here. I tried to think of the best way to be able to copy her photo, and I thought that I had an Ingenious idea. I thought that if I took a picture of the picture (on my cell) I would be able to try to post it on here. Sounds great, right? That's what I thought too. I tried 7 times to capture the photo, and each time the screen turned black. The last time I tried my phone shut off by its self. That freaked me out a little. So I decided to stop, thinking perhaps she or one of the others in the picture did not want me to have it. But I am taking my digital camera into work with me tonight, its a much better quality then the camera on my phone. We'll see how that works out. I hope to be able to share this with you all, and I'm thankful for all of your comments, and support here.
GOD BLESS! THANKYOU.

Hey guys,
I will check about the reproduction of the picture, I'm not sure if I can get my hands on it. They are pretty shady when it comes to things like that but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask, right?
I just don't know what the chances were for me to be there at the exact time her family passed by. To me that was incredible. It was almost "freaky". Who knows?

My step son is 17 he was born in 1991, and he has been called "Bear" all his life. When I seen the title of your story it gave me goose bumps. Just thought I'd share that with you. Thanks for the story.

Thanks guys. I'm glad that there are so many people intrested in the strange things that happen to me. LOL! I have more I will be sharing soon.

Ohiowatha: Thank you. I appreciate that, and I live in Lorain County, Ohio.

Hi guys, I'd really like to thank everyone again for all of the comments, They are truly appreciated.

To Rhodes: I really don't know if I would be able to trace any thing about this nurse, I really wouldn't even know where to begin. But I would like to find out more.

I wanted to mention that this year my hospital is celebrating there 100 year anniversary. The hospital was actually opened in 1908, after our city had a terrible train wreck where 32 people were killed, and even more were injured. I really find the coming together of this place very intriguing. Some thing about hearing the stories makes me feel connected with the hospital in some strange way. They have just recently set up some small memorabilia cases with pictures of some of the staff, some of the student nurses, and pictures of the way the building looked when it was first opened. I'm almost "drawn" into it.

I have not seen the security guard that I talked with that night since these stands have been set up, but I think he works next week and I'm curious to see if he can identify the woman he saw in one of those pictures. That would be incredible. I will let you all know.
Thanks again, and GOD BLESS.

bette31: Yes I do indeed still work in the same hospital. I have to say that I grew up believing in these sort of things, ghosts, spirits, and life after death. It was almost a religion it's own in my family. I have written on here a little about that. If your interested feel free to check out my other posts. Please don't get me wrong. I do get freaked out, but as I said as long as I don't feel threatened or harmed I am OK.
Rebelboy1987: I appreciate the comment. But it is definitely against the rules. The guard on duty that night could have lost his job just for going threw the tape with me, and as amazing as the video was I still would have loved to get the view that he got seeing the actual body.
dukemainstan: I don't really recall him giving an exact era of the uniform the nurse was wearing. But the way he described it to me made me sort of picture a nursing outfit from the 1920's or so? I wish I could answer your question with more assurance. But I really don't know. Thank you for your interest.
rhodes68: You know to me watching the tape it looked as if the nurse was accompanying me. That night I do recall that I felt like I just didn't want to go out by myself, and after watching, I almost got the feeling that perhaps she knew that. The glowing appeared right next to me, as soon as I exited the elevator, and stayed the entire way to the ER. It was almost just like if I had a "friend" taking a walk right beside me.
Thank you all! If you have any more comments, or questions please feel free to share them.
GOD BLESS

Velvet,
Yes, the 6th floor in our hospital truly exits, It just happened to be shut down do to the remodeling of it. The floor is up and running now, and it looks beautiful. Its hard to believe that even looked the way it did when I was unwillingly taken there. Thanks for your comment.

Hi every one. Thanks for all the comments, they are all appreciated. I definitely have even creepier instances, that I will be sharing shortly. I just thought Id try to start off at the beginning. Thanks again, take care and GOD BLESS!

To Mustang,
Hello and thanks for your comment. The situation with John was officially ruled as a suicide. With me not being in the room that it took place in when it took place I'd have to go by the police reports, and the autopsy. I never heard any different, but the only ones who truly know, are John, Francis, and GOD!
Thanks Again.

LOL... I wish that I could say that I don't know what you meant by that, but I know all too well. Its amazing the things that one goes threw, and how looking back is when you realize how lucky you are for actually making it threw. That was one of my greatest reasoning's for believing so much in the higher power, and the strength of GOD. Thank you for all of your thoughts, and kind words.

To Emma: I appreciate your opinion although at that time I was 16 I was not quite a child. Yet I was only 12 when he died. I also believe that no matter what sort of drugs someone has "tried" in their lives that it would not constitute someone to lie about something so serious. But again thank you for your opinion.

To Whitebuffalo,
When Kristen's mom came we did not mention to her about the Ouija board or the pot smoking! LOL!
And to Bellissima,
As far as Buttons (the cat) I have no logical answer for how she could have been stuck in the closet... Id imagine that if John was in there that he would have walked right threw with the door remaining closed, but I did not witness that part. So I'm not really sure. But I am grateful for every ones comments. Thank you!

Hey guys! I will elaborate a little bit for every one the best I can. First Yes it was in 1996 (my mistake). As far as me mentioning to Becca about being in her house before, She knew that from the very beginning. I was very apprehensive to go back inside that place. It had been four years since I had last been there. Although I had seen the house a lot driving past it, and walking past there going to other places. It took a lot to convince my self that it would be OK to be there. I would sit outside when she and I first met, and she would invite me in I wouldn't want to go. I believe that she knew that there was something holding me back. The first month or so that I was there I would not go near her dads room. It was a lot to deal with emotionally and mentally. Although I never forgot the drama that happened that night, the longer I stayed there the easier it was to be there. There were other things that would happen threw out the house that would make me wonder if his ghost was there. Occasionally lights would go out, or the phone would ring and when we'd answer the person on the other end would ask who was the guy who answered the phone. (That was really freaky and it happened quite a bit).
It actually got to the point where we had to contact the phone company and they told us there must have been a problem with the lines being crossed. We had to change phone numbers twice. Well to get back to the point none of us ever saw his image again. I'm not really convinced that he ever left there though. We still heard a lot of unexplained things I even thought that I heard his voice one night. But I can not be certain if that was true. We moved out of that house in November of '98. Becca's dad got a better job offer in Tampa Florida, and we all moved down there. I stayed there with them for only about 3 months before I made my way back home. In April of '00 I met my husband, and one of his closest cousins moved into that exact house in '05. What an effin coincidence huh? I feel almost destined to be around there. Also who ever asked about who Laura was, She was one of the girls who was in the house with us the night that John died.

To flutter I understand what you are saying, and I appreciate your thoughts. I can promise that seeing what all of us girls saw that night was not an accident, It was not pot induced. If it were in any way I don't think that we all could have expierenced the same visions. But thank you for your words.

Thank you all for commenting. I was very skeptical to actually put this story out. This was a very rough part of my childhood. I really wasn't sure what sort of comments that it would receive, and I was a little worried. But I have to say that I think about it pretty often. Especially when other people are talking of there experiences. I have always been in tune with a spiritual part of life. I was kind of brought up that way. If you have read my first post: Haunted or paranoid, you might understand my past a little bit better. With that being said I really should have known better, and I should have resisted temptation and not have even participated. But I guess when your younger even though you think you know everything, you realize later in life that you really don't and that there is always more to learn. Thanks again for your comments, and I will post more later. I will check my story regularly, and continue in any discussions.

This is the weirdest photo I've ever dealt with. I am amazed that all the objects caught in here. I swear every time I pull this up in my photos where I have it copied. I see more and more activity. Almost like the spirits caught in this are letting them selves show after the picture was taken. Too crazy! I wish I could post this blown up with all my sightings circled.
