What Has Been Happening Since My Last Submission on 2014-12-11

As I have said in previous stories, strange things have been happening most of my life, however, since I began acknowledging them, I've begun to notice more. I'm going to combine a few experiences in this story, so I'm sorry if this takes up a lot of time to read. I'd really appreciate it if someone...

Did You Start The Dishwasher? on 2014-09-24

This happened yesterday, and I was not the only person who experienced part of this. I was sitting in the living room watching a movie with my family. My father began looking around and finally asked, "Is something running?" I glanced over my shoulder into the kitchen and answered, "It is just the d...

First Time Afraid on 2014-08-20

As I have said in my other stories, I have had experiences since I was younger. I have tried to block them out for a long time, but I have finally just accepted that they happen. However, none of my experiences have actually been truly negative until about a week ago. I was lying in my bed tryin...

No More Denying on 2014-06-11

I have not submitted anything for a while because I have been questioning whether or not to share this. I have shared about the voice in the laundry room, my moving pictures, the winged being, and the issues in my dormitory shower. These are not the first sort of things I have ever dealt with. I ...

It Likes My Singing 2 on 2014-04-22

So, recently I posted a story about my singing in the shower and hearing clapping, etc... Because of a lot of the questions I have been asked, I figured I should clarify a few things now because some other things have occurred in this bathroom. The shower curtain will open when someone is in the ...

Moving Pictures on 2014-04-21

Since the majority of the responses I have received on this site have been helpful, I am going to add this story to what I have already said. It is something that I have been trying to explain away from the time I was about 9 or 10 years old. The pictures that I am in move. Not the subjects. The ...

It Likes My Singing on 2014-04-14

After my last post, I was taking a shower in my dormitory. We all have semi-private bathrooms (4 girls to a bathroom). As usual, I was unintentionally singing in the shower (hence my username). I do not know if many people know this particular song, but I will write out a few lyrics because they are...

Sister And Winged Being on 2014-04-14

Let me state some things before I begin. First off, this first story takes place in the laundry room of an all female dormitory. This laundry room has a single window and no air vents. The night on which this occurred, the window was cracked open slightly, and I was alone. The washer and dryer had b...

Are there any options besides burning sage? I can't really burn anything where I live without causing trouble.
Yes, xoremy, I would like to get rid of the negative stuff. I don't like being afraid of what I see.
I want to say thank you for this story. I understand the issue with super religious parents. (I'm a preacher's daughter) And while I am a Christian, I know there is more to it, beings that my parents would also automatically call demons. So, in short thanks for letting me know that I am not the only one. 😊
So, here is my question, what branch of Christianity is that you follow, sir? I was raised in a religious household, and these things that you have listed were not considered demonic in what I was taught. I do know, however, that despite the fact that I believe that the church needs unity, I also acknowledge that the reason that there is dissention is because some people have different convictions than others. A simple concern that I have with this post is the scriptures that you have quoted. Many of them must be taken in context. It appears that you have pieced them together from different chapters and books and combined them with the works of men, which in and of themselves can be helpful in understanding, but one must also take into consideration that they are written by man who is fallible.

Something from my own beliefs (which can be taken in whatever way anyone sees fit) is that, yes we may be tested with some of these things such as wrath, lust, etc... However, these things are intended to strengthen us. For example, I have anxiety/ depression issues. Because of this, I have learned that there are people that I can relate to and show love to that have the same problems. Do I believe that I am possessed by a demon? No. Do I believe these others are? No. Do I believe that they need God's help? Yes, because I believe that He will give strength, because I know that He will love despite any sins and Christians are called to do the same. Yes, we are to live according to Christ's example, but that is also why we have forgiveness for we are not perfect. Our imperfections are not demons, they are simply areas in our lives that maybe we need help with.

I guess, in short, what I was attempting or intending to say is please do not lump all Christians into what you say your own beliefs are. This only causes more pain than is necessary.

Just out of curiosity, what is it that makes anyone feel so uncomfortable in graveyards/cemeteries? I ask this because I spend a lot of time in these places just for the peacefulness that I feel at them. However, much like what was said in the story, many of my peers seem to feel frightened and see things that make them uncomfortable.
I really do not know why I did not feel fear. He just was not scary to me. He did not feel like a threat
I don't really know if there was any particular reason why he stopped to chat with me, but it would be neat to find out.

Thank you all so much for your help. I have some questions however. What is this guide that swims mentions? How exactly does a protection bubble work? I don't have anyone to talk to about these things. My parents consider them evil and none of my friends believe.

I appreciate what everyone has said so far. I'll try to keep it in mind if this happens again 😁

Again, I meant no offense. I am new to all of this, and was uncertain of how to take the situation. 😳

Um, lady and Rachel, I really do not know if there is some sort of issue between the two of you, but if I may be so bold, please don't carry it onto here. I was truly looking for help when I posted this. I am certain that y'all are trying to be helpful, so please do not take offense at this request. 😐

To be honest, I am not too worried at the moment because I will be moving out of the dormitory soon. I just do not want anything to happen while I am still there.

I looked at Rook's cleansing method, but does anyone happen to know how to implement this for a dormitory room? 😳
Date: 2014-04-27
A question for anyone who happens to notice; Is it common for family members' spirits to stay near by?
Date: 2014-04-27
Since this seems to be the most asked question; my great-grandmother passed away about 15 years ago.

It would be really interesting to find some history about your school. It might provide some explanation. 😊

[at] Rachel,
They will not allow blessings due to certain regulations in the dormitories here. I would not be surprised if there were more than just the one spirit for reasons that I cannot easily explain to anyone at this point.

[at] guy,
The only other things that happen in that bathroom include the shower curtain being jerked open while people are in the shower. It is annoying, but by no means harmful to us.

[at] samtillie,
I posted one other story. It is on my page. In reference to other experiences, I will try to submit some later on. 😊

[at] rain,chelseylobo,jellopixel,
I appreciate your responses. The children were not forgotten by my mother, but until recently, she had not felt the need for me to know about them. I am not sure how praying for spirits works because that is never something I have actually done. Any advice?
