That is good information libertybelle, very interesting! It seems Vilseck is full of cruel history.

I've alaways wondered about that house's history but never did anything about it. Many of the houses in that military housing community were haunted. I had a friend in school who's house had spirits in it too.
You have sleep paralysis. Doctors call it a sleeping disorder. 30% of Americans have it. I have it too and I used to wake up in the middle of the night not being able to move hearing and seeing strange and sometimes very terrifying things, but I figured out how to defeat it. What I do is I fall asleep with my head facing my right or left. If I sleep with my head up facing the ceiling I almost always have nightmares or another case of sleep paralysis.
