Thanks Jav. When the image became clear to me I really did scream out OMG IT'S A FACE! Right at my desk. LOL! Then I couldn't stop looking at it and you're right it gives off the heebie jeebie vibes for sure. 😨

Lou,
See! I told you that it gave me the heebie- jeebies!
So that's him, huh? I have to agree Lou, he's a bad looking dude. The big guy that walked through the downstairs area of the building, then through the door into the next room? He's an ugly cuss, isn't he? Not a happy camper I'd say, judging by the look on his face. Yeah, I think I would have contemplated jumping from the second story window too.
Nice shot there pal! I think I remember you saying that he was no longer a problem. Man, that's a good thing because he looks like bad news to me.

[at] Cosmo!
Damn girl! Nice catch. I had no idea what to think, I just knew it was bad. It did make me feel uneasy looking at it. But once I read your comment, it showed right up on the screen, Plain as day. Good eye Cosmo, good eye! 😊

Lou: Yeah, I see what taz and Cosmo do... To me, the orange part is his hand grasping the branch... Two fingers on top, the thumb under... If you look even closer, there appear to be fingernails...Also, it seems as though his collar bone is visible, but that may be the branch?...

I'm having trouble seeing what is thought to be in the dark - not saying it isn't there, but I can't get the photo to get big enough without distorting it.

Not sure but I think I see a hand (smaller orange spot to the left) and a clear face (larger orange between the branches). To me, it seems there is a moustache - almost a Hitler-like look to it. Does anyone else see that?! LOL - Either way, it's crazy. Very scary!

Holy S---, Cosmo and Taz. I have always focused on the orange and never noticed anything in the dark. The orange is his hand...correct?

FYI, I have a story submission about our large friend in right now. Keep an eye out for "His Fire Burns Dark"

Thank you guys... This IS the face of the man I saw in "Her Abductor"

I'm seeing too many things in that photo - an orange face, a demonic face above the orange blur, a person with a cowboy hat...

Thanks, Cosmo... I just can't get there... It must be the differences in our computers. Check this out: Look exactly straight to the right, in line with the top of the orange, in the darkness just above the branch that is a 45 degree angle... I see a very Native American looking face right there. I can see two horizontal slits for eyes, and a long thin nose that is cut off by the branch, and a long chin below.

Ok, look at the orange reddish part in between the two branches. Start at the top take your mouse and trace the figure from the thick branch on the left up and over to the right that is the forehead. When you get to the skinny right branch there is a black spot, that is where his eye should be, but it's just a black orphus. From the missing eye keep tracing down the right side, and that is his jaw line, which if you keep going around will shape into a long defined chin. Above the chin is slight black line trace it and that is his mouth frowing. Above that you will see the round nose. Let me know when you see it. Hope that helped. LOL! 😆

At first all I kept seeing was a couple of lights on top and one on the bottom, when I played with settings I literally screamed out at my desk. It's so defined, the bulging forehead, round full nose, long defined chin. To me it's like he is looking through the space between the branches on top, and holding on to the bottom branch with his right hand. He also doesn't look too happy because his mouth is in a frown position. I tell you Lou, I think this could be your mean Indian spirit.

That's the funny thing Cosmo. Everyone I show this to sees something different. To me, it is the full body profile of a cat. Head at the top, you can make out both pointy ears, nose to the left, the curve of its back to the right, and the tip of the tail is hanging below the branch...?

Whoa Lou?!?! 😲 I can definitely see it. It looks like a left side profile of a red face! What I did was saved the pic to my computer enlarged the photo and then played with the brightness and contrast to make it clear... It's face! 😨

Jav,
Enlarge the photo it if you can... Lets see if I can coerce you into what I see. The top section/circle is a head facing left, you can make out the profile and pointy ear. The body is below the head with the hump of the back to the right, and the tip of the tail is hanging below the branch...

Lou,
What is that thing? Is IE a gnarled three fingered with opposable thumb hand? Or perhaps...? I haven't a clue as to what it could be. I'd like to see a photo of this same spot without any freaky demon-like creature parts included sometime, for perspective. I suppose that's not an option though. Still, this thing gives me the heebie-jeebies and I'd rather they didn't get loose on the unsuspecting citizenry so I'm going to have to look again in a while, once my nerves settle. It's odd Lou, very odd. 😨 😕 😲

Hi, Everyone.

If you get to this story and realize it has been already posted, Martin was able to put up a picture that was captured in the back yard of our property the night of the investigation. There was no external light in the area and there was nothing hanging in the tree.

What does it look like to you?

Thanks,
Lou

Good Luck with your ghosts.

Hi LouSlips, I must say this was a very interesting story. It is so nice to read a story with such a good outcome. Ghost children usually are not my type because they confuse me and I don't trust them, but your story is so different in a way that I felt pain for this child and his family. You and your wife went an extra mile helping them to move on to where they belong. Great story. My thumps up for you doing the right thing.
I must say that I'm so glad most of the houses in South Africa don't have basements. It sounds like a lot of activities are going on in basements as I read YGS. I must add that the water well in the basement is even worse for me. Thanks for sharing. Trix.

Thank you all, so much again.
I sent a note to YGS and Martin e-mailed me back... So I think the story is going to be reposted or at least corrected, in its entirety...sorry, Taz... You might have to read it again. I was not sure how this story was going to be received. I believe I mentioned to a couple of you before this one was posted, that I had one in the works that may stir things up. Thank you all for the benefit of the doubt on this one... Thought I was going to be sent into exile with Pamvid... Or worse. I truly don't know if I would believe this story myself if I heard it from a stranger... But I guess we've all become more than that, and for that I am thankful.

Javelina: Thank Mom for backing me up! What you said makes perfect sense, and when you get the chance to feel everything there is to feel, when you get pulled in... You are going to shine even brighter than you already do now. Mr. Negativity gets what he has coming, let's put it that way.

Granny: Not only was this family not the original occupants, they weren't on any of the deeds. We think that they may have been relatives of one of the owners and lived there for awhile, or were possibly tenants. They were not the first occupants of the house and their last name did not match that of the original occupants. I am sure that the well was dug before the house was constructed... It seems like that would be the most practical. The soil is sandy and probably after several collapses, at some time, someone later on reinforced the sides with concrete. But I am sure that the original structure was made of the same stone that the foundation of the house is made with. To give you an idea of what we are talking about, the well measures about five feet across by four feet wide. It is fourteen feet deep and the water is a constant eight to nine feet deep. I am sure it is bigger now then it was then... There is actually a pretty substantial pile of sand in the basement that must have been removed when it was updated. And no, we do not use this well for the business. When exactly Jedidiah's family lived there is a mystery still.

Dragonwalker,
I'm more of a decipherer of the gotcha... Not usually the source.

And Darkness,
I think I have a picture of one of the cats from our building the night of the original investigation... This aint your typical puddy tat.

Lou: Thanks for the missing puzzle pieces!...It goes along with what I was thinking, about the little boy's name... But you say this family wasn't the original occupants... Is it possible that the family that built your business building, were occupants of your home later on, and maybe sold or rented the first property?...I'm trying to figure out why Mr. Negativity is able to travel between the two...There's an obvious connection, just buggin' me what it may be! 😆

Thanks for the additional info, too...I'm so psyched about the next installment! 😆 ❤

Lou,
Thanks for giving us so much of this, it's a lot to think about.
I have to say though, this whole thing has left me breathless. For each white light ceremony that occurs, and at the moment it takes so much out of a person, it gives you so much more in return. I don't know how much sense that makes to anyone else, but it does make sense to me. I saw my mother do this type of thing before, I can feel her reading over my shoulder now, nodding her head in agreement. And though I never participated in those when I was young, I understand the feeling from seeing it back then. I haven't had the pleasure myself to completely immerse myself as you have, but I certainly wouldn't fear it now. I did then, I was too young.
Mr Negativity is quite the thug, is he not? He didn't have the testicular fortitude to hang around when others could sense his presence. He had to go and pick on the innocent, sounds like a pattern.
As I said before, I'm on the edge of my seat here, and barely hanging on as it is.
Whew!

Thanks so much for the clarification. That really does make sense. The family was just reliving the event over and over out of guilt maybe hoping the outcome would eventually be different. Good for them it finally was. This was really great. It made me very happy to hear they have finally moved on. I think my grinch heart grew a little. I really look forward to reading more!

What I'm wondering, and it's pretty out there, is if there is a possibility the negative presence in this account could be the same presence in "Her Abductor?" That just sorta popped into my mind and got stuck there.
Beautiful account, tragic but amazing. So glad the family has been reunited.

Lou - that part about grieving as if you and your wife had lost of child of your own isn't weird, at least not to me. They're heart wrenching, even if we can't pick them up and hold them. The next story I promised to submit, you'll see that I understand what you mean.

It's not the one that should be coming up soon, though. It's the one that'll follow.

Thanks, Cosmo.
Yeah, there aren't many headstones in the pantry...errr, I hope. My wife and I stayed up until sunrise that night. At first she was annoyed that I had been down there so late, when she was having this experience that she needed help with. But when I told her what happened at the well... She was more than happy that I had been there to witness what I did.
For several months, we had been having experiences which were related to Jack, and we very much wanted him to move on to where he should be. After telling her about how he died, we grieved for this little boy for quite some time. It was almost like we had lost a child of our own... As weird as that may sound.

Wow Lou! Another amazing piece to the puzzle here. I have to also say I felt like I was right there with you and the team on the investigation. I can't even begin to know what it felt like to help Jedidiah reach his son and reunite the family. Thanks for posting the missing paragraphs, I was reading then all of a sudden I was like... How did we get in the pantry? LOL! I wonder who the negative entity is and what the "stabbing room" means. When you said that your wife had a dream about the man trying to hurt her when she had no idea what the investigator picked up at the other building I almost fell out of my chair. 😲 She must have been beside herself when she found out. I really enjoyed this Lou, and can't wait for the next installment. 😊 ❤

Miracles and Javelina.

Mr. Negativity seemed a bit overwhelmed by the team's presence... Is all I can make of it. The experience that occurred when I was absent from the beginning of the investigation was pretty powerful and left a couple of members pretty shaken. When we went upstairs to the area it occurred, one of the women who had been most affected, refuse to go into the eaves of the house where it occurred, until she was convinced by the team leader that it was gone.
When the team persisted in their investigation, and his initial scare was ineffective, he went to my home.
The eave in the house had a false wall. As you walked into the eave from the upstairs closet, you looked to the right and you see the end of the house, fifteen feet away... You look to the left, you see what appears to be the end of the house, fifteen feet away. If you walk to this "outside wall", you will find a door and a hidden room in the eave that is about 8 feet deep.
When the investigation was going on, my wife was home with the kids and was asleep. She had a dream that she was at our building and that she was part of the investigation. In her dream was a man, which later she could not describe, but they were moving around the building together, and he told her that they needed to find "the stabbing room". After a few more moments of searching in her dream, she felt a piercing pain in her side and she felt like she was being choked... She woke up in terror, and pain... She checked her body and she was intact. But she was so distraught and afraid of this man in her dream, she waited up for me for several hours, until I got home from the investigation. Mr. Negativity returned to our business and his presence was felt about a week later... At the end of our investigatio we had done a formal white light ceremony, and many spirits crossed over. When he realized what we had done... He was pissed.

Hi, Friends.

Thank you to all who enjoyed the story, and thank you to all who commended us for what was accomplished that night in the basement.
I'll start with redphx. The best way I can describe what was happening with this family, is an intelligent haunting with a residual reoccurrence... If that makes any sense at all. We saw the little boy in the building, and although he never interacted with anyone the way he did with the clairvoyant, he was seen doing many different things at many different times. His mother, Sonya's presence could often times be felt or seen in the kitchen. I'm sure, as the mother of the family, that is where she spent a lot of her time; and it appears that it is where she was when Jack fell into the well.
Both she and Jedidiah are/were very tormented souls. Although his presence is in no way threatening, it has a very dark flavor. I think it is obvious that he blames himself for what happened to the boy, and for not being able to save him in time.
So although these were intelligent spirits who moved about the building, they were repeatedly pulled into this torturous loop of reliving this experience. Jedidiah's guilt would not let him move on, he could not stop blaming himself for what had occurred; and he could not face his wife; who in turn, would not move on without him or the baby. Jack... Was just confused, as any child would be... At 22 months old, he barely knew what life was, let alone death.
Miracles: I have been a part of several white light ceremonies since this one, and none have ever felt the same. After this occurrence, we have had a few more at our properties. Also, after a few months, I joined this team and was a part of ceremonies for other clients as well.
To be honest, and this is just my opinion, but I think somehow our bodies are used by the spirits to cross. The people in this group were, and still are special, to say the least. I have been to war and back with them, and regardless of personal matters or disagreements, I love them all for what they have done for our family and others. But as powerful as the psychic energy a group like this can muster, how does holding hands and envisioning a column of light in the middle of you, transport spirits? I don't know that it does.
Without exception, everytime we did a white light ceremony, one or more of the group would be more affected than the rest. Why?
When we die, our soul is released from our body. In normal circumstances, we move on to the light. Under abnormal circumstances, and I will not bother to describe all of those... You know what I mean, the soul lingers for whatever reason, and misses its opportunity for this maiden voyage. These are the souls that need help crossing over. The ones who make the initial trip, seem to come back of their own choosing, but the ones who missed their chance, for whatever reason; can't get to what I believe to be heaven, and for some reason they need our physical presence to get there.
I have seen individuals nearly lose consciousness at a white light ceremony, holding hands with people who feel nothing at all. I saw a friend lose all control, to the point we thought she was having a seizure. I felt the touch of a little girl during a ceremony... She played with my hair and she held my hand, and in all honesty, I was sure I was going to cross over with her. For some reason, they need us physically... Whether they choose someone in the circle, or they are somehow directed to one of the participants, I do not know. When Jack's family crossed over, it drained everyone physically... As emotional as it was, I think half of them cried out of pure exhaustion. The human body, the human mind is a complex machine, of which we have very little knowledge or control... It was created for us to experience much more than we are allowed to realize. And I think our limitations have been place on us by many sources, both by our cultures and our creator. One out of ignorance, and the other to protect us from the things we can not handle... Unless we equip ourselves and prepare for the mission at hand.
Now to answer your question, darlin': When it is my turn, when the ceremony seems to need me, I feel multiple things... A warmth starts low in my body and moves up to my chest, behind my eyelids I will see a flashing kaleidoscope effect... Something literally pulls at me... It almost feels like I'm going in to the cirlce, even though I know I am part of it, and holding hands with others. If there is a heaven on earth, it is at that moment... I feel warmth and beauty coming from somewhere other than where we are standing... And regardless of what is going on or what might happen to me, I am never afraid... Because what is waiting on the other side is radiating, welcoming, accepting, forgiving; and anyone you have ever loved and lost is waiting for you with open arms.

Gotta stop,

Lou

Lou - thank you. Not sure why that part was omitted. Hopefully it was just a mistake when they were submitting the story. There was information in there that was very valid to your story (otherwise you wouldn't have included it, huh? 😉)

Since I don't want to cry again this morning, I just want to talk about the negative presence. Apparently he wasn't ready to play yet. I'd like to think, this one's going to be wayyyy out there, but what the heck, I'd like to think that he knew what they were there for and was staying out of the way so the investigators could do their job and help reunite Jedidiah's family. Still early in the morning for me, but that's the thought that crossed my mind when he just disappeared.

The cats? They did exactly what they were supposed to do. Got you where you needed to be so the information could be found. Have you seen them since that happened?

Lou,
Thanks for adding the missing piece. I see you're negative spirit is a little shy in front of the company huh? Can't wait to hear more about this guy and find out about the girl you are supposed to be protecting.
The cats? Well, you said it yourself Lou, the cemetery does sit kitty corner to your land. Just saying...

Thanks, Guys. But inadvertently YGS messed up my experiences. Not really sure how we got from the cemetery to the pantry in one sentence! Glad to see most of you realized and followed along...!
With any luck, someone can edit the existing story as it is, and repost it.

Here are the paragraphs that were omitted, plug them in if you would like to make sense of it.:)

"The father's headstone was rather ornate and she had brought some materials to do an etching, so she proceeded to capture the emblem at the top of the stone on paper as we all watched. When she was done, the team leader asked her to etch the two children's stones that were next to the father. The first etching clearly deciphered the child's name to be "James" who died at the age of four. The team leader acknowledged that there very likely was no connection and if there was, she could well be wrong about the boy spirit's age at our building, or possibly that if indeed this was the boy, he was presenting himself at a younger age. Just as she finished this explanation, her sister produced the etching of the second child, his name was "Jack" and he died when he was 22 months old. We talked for about ten minutes and no one doubted that we were on to something. Someone noticed as we were leaving, that the cats had seemingly disappeared. No one saw them again after we found the family plot.
We walked back to the building and they began to set up their equipment and I returned to our home to allow them to do their job without any interference, a little more than overwhelmed by the potential discovery. Unable to stay away very long, I returned to the building around 8:00 to see how things were going. When I returned, they told me about what they had been doing, and of some personal encounters they had experienced. One such experience had happened in the oversized eaves of the building, which were accessible through one of the upstairs bedroom closets. With me in toe, the team went back to this location, and the presence they had sensed earlier had vacated the area. When they entered the second bedroom, their K2 meters and EMF detectors started going berserk. The team leader sensed a negative presence, but no more did she detect it, when the meters went back to zero, and it was gone.
We went down the stairs and entered a room that had been living space in the old farmhouse. The team leader and her sister immediately sensed the little boy she had encountered earlier. As we gathered around them, a couple of others in the group were able to sense him as well. They said that the little boy was scared by the sudden attention he was getting, and that he began to cry. The team leader decided that it was best for everyone to just back off, and left her sister and another woman who I later found out was a very loving, maternal grandmother type, to try to communicate with the child.
The rest of us proceeded to the kitchen, and the team leader was immediately drawn to the walk in pantry room. "

Excellent story mate made me feel like I was there, Like Granny said, I don't really have much to say except I think your story supports some of my own theories about tormented souls... They seem to put themselves in that realm of helplessness and can not resolve it or find peace until there is some type of closure or action to move them on... And the clairvoyant so cleverly realized what was needed to move him into the light... Also perhaps his death was un timely... It was not meant to happen perhaps that may of contributed to his plight... Good ending and that flash of light was exactly what you said it was... Thanks for sharing mate.

Lou,
I waited all day to comment. The emotions were hanging on me all day long, I still can't shake them.
I have a feeling this team has had to return for more than one session. When you consider that they've traced the ownership back nearly 200 years, it seems possible that the traffic you've experienced has many layers. Peeling those back has got be to be a hell of a process, and not one that can be accomplished in just one visit. And if any of those layers are half as powerful as this one was then I'd probably have to give the next chapter the title "Tickets Please 2". You've become a paranormal way station with all this traffic.
I'm at the edge of my seat here Lou, can't wait to hear what happens next.

LouSlips, another well written story. It is almost unbelievable. I am so shocked and saddened, and happy at this story. You helped Jedidiah and Jack so much, and his wife.
Please continue to write more beautiful stories like this.
Love & Light, Rachel ❤

I have actually never heard of anything like this happening. I didn't know that people were able to help like that. Maybe that's because I'm not really out in helping the ghosts all the much. Never researched the available techniques before. So after this the activity stopped? Did you ever see these three ghosts again? I don't understand why they couldn't get to him? This one just confuses me on the symantics. Any help with the clarification would be awesome!

Lou: I've been sitting here with my hands on the keyboard for 5 minutes trying to figure out what to say...Wow, what an experience...

I'm interested in hearing more about the headstone etchings, as I know that when they can't be read by the human eye, most times the etching will show a lot of the original script...

Wow, just: wow... I agree with Miracles, you done good, son! ❤

OMG Lou - even though I think some information got lost there, whether when it was submitted or when they published it, this story brought me to tears. My glasses are steamed up and have tears stains on them 😭. My God, I can't stop crying. I'm sorry, don't mean to get so emotional, but wow.

You did a good thing, Lou, a really good thing. I need to ask you something, okay? The feeling you got when Jedidiah and Jack went to the light? Can you describe it? I've done it only one time, my choice, and it was like nothing I've ever experienced before. It was amazing! I'd just like to know if the feeling you got was like what I got.
