Quija boards are real! That is no joke.
i recently bought one with my cousin at toys us and played at my house with out my mother knowing because she does not want it in her house! After she went to bed we took it out and played. We didn't get no response right away. But after a couple of minuets it started to move. My cousin believed that is was my sister moving it but the things it was spelling out could not possible be my sister. I had a girl friend at the time and I had some suspesious that she might not have feelings for me. So I ask it if she was going to break up with me and the board said " yes " and it also spelled out "love wasn't for me" the next day I get a phone call from my ex girl friend saying she wants to break up she don't have the same feelings for me. Also my sister had a great attraction to it when me and my cousin would ask it questions it would go slow but when me and my sister asked it question it would move fast. At one point we talked to a spirit named Russel who said he was not very nice he said he was in our house and that he kisses my lil sis to sleep at night. He also said that my cousin were going to pay for not believeing in the board. My sister also asked it question what was our moms name it the board got angry and flew the planchette right off the board then we never played with it again. And took it back to Toys us for a refund! IT NEVER CAME BACK!

Ouija Board bring bad spirits and demons. People who play with them are selfish because they can cause a death of someone close to you so if that happens then its your own fault. 😐

That story is scary, god that story is crazy, so that means that your friend kept your board and used it, I think that is a stupid idea, if something is bad happening to you straight after the board why want to go for it again, I don't know what your friend is thinking but obviously the board is not a game

I am a Catholic and I believe in ghosts. My parents would never let me have a Ouija board as my mum says they are very dangerous and I am not mature enough to make the decision. Mum uses them a little bit with her friends. One time it said her friend was going to die in a motor cycle accident, so she didn't go on one for a few years. Then she got on the back of her boyfriends one and they ran into the back of a truck. She died buy her boyfriend was not injured at all.

evilblackwidow9,

Thank you so very much for your reply. The website was very helpful and I appreciate the suggestions and information you gave me. Although I never plan to use an Ouija board ever again, I agree with you on how knowledge is power. So hopefully if anyone reads this and your comment they will check out the site you gave me. Again, I would like to thank you for you answers and your reply.

Stay safe!

One, you never prive on how the spirit died. It is a VERY sensative issue. And some times, not in your case, the spirit does not know they are dead. Two, you never use the board alone because a spirit can posses you pretty easy. And you can become obessed with it to, to the point of madness. Three, if you antagonize A spirit, that can make them very upset and they could hurt you. Four, you never invite them in, because it takes a lot to get rid of them, and sometime even getting a preist to your house to bless it wouldn't work. They will make you think it worked, but they are just waiting for the opertune moment to strike. I am giving you a website, check it out and read about the board. It is http://www.damnedgames.com/cf_ouijahistory.html. I believe that knowledge is power and a lot of people will say those boards are fake but the matter is that they are not and are not toys too.

Shane,

Thank you very much for your reply, and in all honesty, I did not partake in actually touching the board at any time. I did however write down the conversation and speak up out of instinct. I do however, admit to having no real knowledge in the correct way of using the Ouija board, and I still do not. However, my friend at that time had been practicing Wicca for at least three years by that time. In addition, the members of her coven that joined us had been practicing for much longer, somewhere around the four or five year mark I believe. I do not know if you would consider this for a long period of time, but to say in her defense she was in a bit of a challenging situation at that time and it probably was not in her best interest to become as involved in the board as she did. As I said previously to evilblackwidow9, I would appreciate an explanation of what you said. If I can understand this correctly while using the board, we did not follow the “never use alone” or “never antagonize the spirits” rule. If you could please tell me where you saw these things, I would be thankful for a well-versed point of view.

Astral184,

“Dtrnmy”? I am sorry but I have no idea what this means. Do you possibly mean church or even CCD? Thank you very much for your helpful comment and it is also very nice to hear from another Catholic whose has respect and interest in the paranormal.

evilblackwidow9,

Thank you very much for your input; it was wonderful to hear information from someone with a Wiccan point of view. I would like to know however why asking about Richard accident was as you say a “no, no”. I have already pointed out that I have no real knowledge of anything that can be considered paranormal and therefore I have no real idea of what went wrong. If you would care to explain it for me, I would greatly appreciate it!

KachieChan,

I honestly hope that you will take Shane’s advice and stay away from using an ouija board, I personally never used one because I do believe that the object is in itself very dangerous if it is not properly used or used at all. Please do not follow your friends advice, I have no real knowledge of the paranormal or of anything such as summoning but anything that can be considered as a “bad spirit” tends to be something you wouldn’t want to mess with.

taintedsoul,

I do know that some believe that the spirits will follow you long after the actual even occurred and like Astral184, I have a respect for the paranormal. I however do not partake in anything that I feel uncomfortable with. Thank you for your advice however, I truly hope you will not take this in the wrong way, I have never in my own experience felt ‘followed’ by any malevolent spirits after this incident or even after a few other incident I am considering posting. Thank you for your concern however.
Stay safe!

I have said this more times than I care to count. Don't play with the ouija board. Especially when you know not what you are dealing with. Your friend was obviously a very new wiccan, for if she had, had any true experiences with the board she would have know the rules and followed them. Never go in unprotected, never use alone, never antagonize the spirits, never leave without saying good bye and most importantly never, ever invite them in. She violated rules number two and three. Interesting story and thank you for sharing it with us.

Peace, Love, and Luck be with you.

HI, all I am 'catholic' but I have a
healthy respect for the 'paranormal'
We as Catholics are told 'evil forces;'
exist in the world, that is why in Dtrnmy.
we are told not to partake in divination,
and such, I would pray, go to confession,
and keep holy water handy, and refrain from
all of this, I say this as a help, be careful. 😉

I am also catholic, but although my parents do believe in ghosts, they would never allow me to have a quija board. I would never use one though because I've heard it can be extremely dangerous.

RubberBandBall, I think one of the things that went wrong when you guys used the Ouijia Board is that your friend kept asking about "Richards" accident. I am a wiccan and have been actively for about 10 years now, that is a big no, no... I made that mistake myself. Hopefully, I you get another Ouijia Board, go online and research it before you use it and never use it alone.
Blessed Be

I've always wanted to try a Ouiji Board, but I have never had the resources to go out and get one. Not to mention they're dangerous. One time I tried to make my own Ouiji out of paper 😜.

I heard somewhere, maybe from a friend, that if something is repeated 9 times that it makes its a bad spirit or something like that. Its good they burnt it.

You know, people that innocently partake in the use of the Ouiji Board, without knowing what they are doing, can be followed by these malevolent spirits. These things just do not only stay at the residence or place that they are "played", and WILL follow YOU.

Hello jeya,

Thank you so much for your reply and its great to hear that I’m not the only one who was raised catholic and is interesting in the paranormal. Usually those two don’t mix in most of my experiences. Thank you for your reply I appreciate the feedback very much!

Stay Safe

wow... You know I was raised a catholic as well. My parents are from Mexico and although the majority of the people there are catholic, there is a great deal of myths and ghost stories that go around. So I have basically grown up hearing many of the stories told in Mexico. I am very big on the paranormal. It interests me greatly. Ever since I was a child I always knew there were things out there that we could not always understand or explain. I have never played with the Quiji board although I have been tempted many times through out my life and I still am very tempted at times. The closest I have been to playing a Quiji board was on the internet with my friend. Even then I backed out. Lol
I believe you are very lucky to have gotten out that situation the way you did, because others have not been so lucky. You are a smart person to not have messed any further with that board.
much luck
