Sounds like Henry was the boss there in hist past life.
Staring at your boss, wondering why there is now someone else do the ordering around; speaking over the intercom speaker... Also sounds like he used to enter and exit through the fire exit while still alive, and then found his death there. Look up the history of the building, and witch companies were there before yours. Henry's ghost can't be too old if he knows how to speak over the speaker...
