Jave, clever, ngute, adsouza, Lou, MizMiMi: Thank you all for taking time to read, listen to the recordings and for commenting... I wish we could have brought more from the site, but this being the internet and all, well, you know!

Rook: We will definately have to have a "Loonie Convention" someday... After I hit the giant jackpot Aussie keeps telling me about πŸ˜†

Jesus_soldier: Thank you!...I'm looking forward to the next installments as well...

DARKNESS: I think the Loonie Convention should be in Sidney... We can get Rook to outfit the Miss Demeanor with jet engines, meet in Hawaii, then put her in cruise ship mode to Australia!...

I tried to describe the spider web sensation on clever's story...

Shelzy: Toward the end of the night those freaking demon bats were outside chittering and laughing about how the scared the crap out of us, I swear! True story! πŸ˜†...I don't think any of them followed, they enjoy their job too much LOL...

Cosmo: I'd do it again in a New York minute... Looking forward to reading your account... Now if we can just get Miracles working on hers!...

Again, thanks to all!... ❀

Hey Granny, great breakdown of the events that took place. Those demon bats were the highlight of the evening. We became professional duckers at OSR. LOL! The evp's you got are awesome as well as the experiences. I am finally in the process of putting together our experiences and evp's and hopefully they will be up soon. Can't wait to do this again we had such a great time 😁 😁 ❀

Ahh Granny I loved this! That's what I call a really cool investigation. Personally I would have peed my pants driving up to the building before I even stepped foot in the door LOL.

P.S I hope your demon bats stayed where they were lol, I wouldn't fancy bringing any of those little blood suckers home! πŸ˜†

Ooooo 1 count of extreme jealousy over here Granny I am so glad you guys got to meet up finally it is going to have to be us Aussies next time with you all, what an experience that would be! 😁

I have heard of Mansfield Reformatory before it has also been in a few ghost shows I think! Some dark and sad history stained into that property's walls.
The spider web thing stood out to me as I was watching a show a few months back now it may have been with Stacey and they were experiencing the feeling of walking into cobwebs etc only to find none there, very interesting something that we need to look into no doubt! I have not yet heard your EVP's Granny being at work and all but will definitely get to it! How was all the tech equipment in the end?

Sounds like you guys had a great time and what an awesome place to finally meet at and get to together and do some ghost hunting Loonie style! Love it! Can't wait for my turn! Awesome stuff Granny!

Dan 😁 ❀

This was a very cool story Granny. I love how other people on this site joined you on the adventure. The evp's were great, and added more flavor to an already awesome story. I can't wait to read the rest of the journey from the others. Every sinlge one will be in my favorites.

Thank you for sharing

AH, well done Granny and the other BRAVE Loonie Hunters that attended this event with you. πŸ˜‰

Actually congrats to all who were able to attend and as I thank Granny now, I'll thank the rest of you here. It's going to be interesting to see how each groups experiences either overlap, validate or bring to light something 'new' as each gets published.

I have one regret... I wasn't there to drive the BUS. 😲

Respectfully,

Rook

He had no idea what could be under the floor either. I would love to bring a metal detector into that place, and scan the floor to see what's up too.

Stephy: Yes, I did forget about that!...He never mentioned what the "something" might be, though LOL... I also asked him about the spider-webbie-thingie sensations and he said others had felt it but he wasn't sure what it was...

Lou: Well, there was quite a commotion during our first encounter with the "demon bats from hell" πŸ˜†...Julie was clinging to JR's back, her head buried in his neck, spinning him around like a top screaming, "WHERE IS IT? WHERE IS IT?" πŸ˜†...The ghosties didn't bother us, it was the damn bats!

Jave: I think one of the others are going to post a story about the bats, so I don't want to give anything away...

I knew we shouldn't have eaten that asparagus! At least it wasn't as potent as whoever farted on the stairs. Whoever did that needs to 'fess up... (I still think it was Scott. Blaming it on sewer lines lol)

Stephy - LOL, now that's just funny, I don't care who you are πŸ˜† πŸ˜‰ And to think, we were downstairs and granny, JR and Julie upstairs. Man... πŸ˜†

Lou - and Stephy knows I was laughing so hard I probably did... I might even have spit my water out at one point. Now, in some circles, that might be considered something demonic, you know πŸ˜‰

Granny,
Also, I did not see that anyone of you was in charge of fleeing from the rooms or shiatting themselves in the presence of the dear departed. Where has theatrical professionalism gone these days?

I am disappointed granny! Nowhere have you mentioned tables tilting. Neither is there any vote of thanks in a 'proper' way.

And I thought SGN had some positive effects!

Jokes apart - I went through the links and I must say they are very interesting.

LOL yeah eat your heart out SGN. We have documented proof that we're WILLING TO SHARE to back up our experiences, and we're allowed to post on this site, so nah nah nah boo boo, stick your head in doo doo.

I will be submitting my experience tonight if it will let me, since I guess you and Miracles are (kinda) caught up now?

I love the fact that you are atttaching the links in the comments section (and throughout the story) that makes it much easier for Martin I'm sure!

This was indeed a great time, and I'm really glad to have met everyone as well!

Also, you forgot to mention, that spot where your EMF detector was going off, we asked Scott about it later, and he looked confused, and said "well there must be SOMETHING there." but he didnt' know what could be under the floor either.

I did take notes (Miracles Journal) so I do have a rough sketch of the time frame, which is outlined in my story. (This is why we all need to keep copies of our experience so we can all have The Mansfield Experience properly recorded) hehe 😁

Great account Granny!:-) We will definitely go back there someday, its been calling my name since I left. Maria and I had to go back the next morning because we really didn't want to leave!

[at] bluefoxx,
But then we might get that old feeling come upon us and not be able to hold back. We can't be running granny out on a rail all tarred and feathered like we did to SGN. That would just be un-neighborly. πŸ˜† πŸ˜† πŸ˜†

Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! This is the first I've heard of the demon bats! What gives granny?
Great narration with this, sounds like you guys had a grand old time!
Fantastic EVPS too. I am amazed at the clarity you got on some of those. They really are distinguishable from the background noise and the chatter. Good job!

But I still want to hear about the demon bats...

Hope you enjoyed ❀

I just would not consider this a proper ghost hunt without results like table tilting, table scratching, table tapping, a seance conducted in one of the rooms to talk to one of the spirits, you haven't even named any of the spirits you encountered.
It just doesn't seem authentic to me, after all Stuart gets much better results but then again he's a professional, now really granny you could take a leaf out of his book and conduct a search with the same integrity and honest reporting that SGN portray. πŸ˜‰

granny - before I even read your story, I want to say, "Yay! It's finally up!" I had such a great time and I'm so glad we did it! It was great to finally meet everyone. Well, I guess not everyone😒, but those that were there. Faces to names and pictures after what seems like forever❀

Now, time to read the story LOL and get my butt in gear and write mine πŸ˜‰
