Baller--A terrifying experience and one I wager you'll never forget. White Buffalo's insights to human desires speak exactly to the temptations we all of us must be able to discern to live honorably. Evil and its effects are not always big and obvious, we need to "see" the devils in the details. I believe when we honor the good, the good can honor us, visibly and invisibly. You are lucky to have this lesson so young. Blessings upon you always, and thank you for letting us learn by your enormous experience.

I agree with all comments. Its very dangerous dealing about selling your soul to demon. This kind of thing still happen in my country, usually people ask wealthy. They must sacrified closest family member (mohter or son) for "down payment" and sacrifice other life every year until the "deal" expired. And very hard to broke the deal. I'm glad you don't follow them. Playing with ghost is one thing, but dealing with demon is much different thing. And thanks for sharing your story.

Oh my. So many things come to mind as I read through this account, and let me assure you that I feel as if my past has come back to haunt me. The main difference between YOUR story and MINE is that I actually HELD the "leather" bound book, and did not taunt the fates via the Internet.
You are correct.
This is no ghost.
Stick to your religious views. Be on the look out. Arm yourself with the Armor of Righteousness. But do not LET fear of what MAY happen rule your life.

One thing: YOU may have asked for NOTHING. But HUMAN NATURE wants everything. We want power (we want others to listen). We want fame (we want people to acknowledge our existance). We want devotion (we would not be overly upset with obtaining a love interest). We want to rule (we want our ideas to hold merit).
It is much like the movie in which (I am sorry, I do not recall the title) the "bad guy" says to the friend of the man with broken ribs, legs, arm half ripped off and hanging on by a tendon "Do you want his pain to end?"
And the friend says "Yes"
The bad guy then removed her friends life force. His pain was gone, but then, so was his life.
Be careful what you ask for. You MAY get it. Only in a clearly different way in which you meant.

In my opinion, you are correct in assuming that the experience was mystical rather than a dream. I've had mystical experiences (with the exception of one, they have always been exceedingly positive), and generally, I've found that they "imprint" on you. They are so vivid and profound that, despite the passage of time, they remain as powerful in latter years as they were when you first experienced them. Somehow, they seem like an "exclamation point" in your life, and often, they cause real change to be enacted.

In the New Testament, St. Peter writes, "Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour..." (1 Pe. 5:8) I believe that "someone" was looking over your shoulder as you were reading that book; saw an opportunity to "feast;" and decided to make you an offer. Glad to hear that you resisted its temptation! (But don't be surprised if it tries again sometime, probably in a less overt way.)

What really scared me was that I still don't think I asked for anything. I've always been a skeptic when it comes to this sort of business. I believed in ghosts but never thought they could materialize, and what I knew of demons came from watching The Evil Dead when I was 9. Whats more, I've always regarded myself a firm follower of religion. To think that I would be offered such frightening powers... I shudder to imagine what the cost would have been to my soul.

Yes, out of curiosity I read some of the chants but I by no means followed the directions (it talked about drawing symbols and lighting candles). I was just sitting in the library reading, thinking it was some book written by some crackpot. Just goes to show you... Don't even begin to enter this sort of business, even out of curiosity. You never know what may result.

WOW, Intense, I have never encountered a demon but some of my family have.

As usual since I have not seen something like that before, I am sceptical but your story is incredible.

How malevolent! Keep safe!
