At first this sounded like a residual haunting. But when you said you feel like it's following you everywhere, then maybe you did release something by using the board.
Try getting yourself, and your house blessed.
And as Surya mentioned, when you feel it's around, try to not have fear, as if it is evil, the spirit will feed off your fear.
Tell it that it isn't welcome in your home.

Firstly congratulations.

I don't really know much about ouija boards, but how were you forced to do the ouija board? Why do you think you have released something? If I understand and from other stories and comments I have read, you will not be the only one who is have these spooky things happening. Did you all close the session properly? If not I think others on this site who have more experiance and understanding of the board will say you all need to get back together and close the session.

Regarding the flies, I can relate to you freaking out with flies. I hate them myself, I have this thing that they are evil and bring bad luck. Don't ask why call it my instinct. Is your restroom well lit, flies are attracted to very well lit rooms. Have you checked for any cracks around the windows they are always found around the windows.

I would advise you to cleanse / smudge your home. When you feel this presence, try and rid yourself of the fear that arouses inside you. The more fear we have the worse things get. Be strong, tell this entity to leave your leave home and your family.

Burning incense is a good start. I always recommend sandlewood.

Can you maybe take a picture of where you saw the man, and post it.
