thanks for all the welcomes everyone! I'm glad to be here. My moms been telling me about this site since she joined. I haven't quite gotten all my thoughts together, so it may be a little bit before I post any stories of my own. But I will post some, don't you worry.
oh and ma, I read the comments of the lucifer is my boyfriend person. I laughed a lot. I was confused as well. Not to say shes crazy or anything, but I do agree with most of the people who said that if it really is lucifer, she needs to be VERY careful what she does. I also respect her outlook of I don't care who believes me or not. I thought that's what this site was for anyways... But I'm the newbie so I don't think I have any room to talk just yet. Ok well I love you ma! ❤

cosmo: This got lost in the shuffle... I didn't think it would be read for some time...

My husband is an ex-smoker...Almost 2 years... He still has cravings... At the hardest times, after eating, first thing in the morning,etc...

Thanks for reading anyway, even if a little late, (not your fault!) 😆

Hi granny, I don't remember seeing this story before. I have to agree with the others who said that it was your daughter's father in the car, and he was adamant about no one lighting up a cig on the way to the hospital. I am an ex smoker for about 6 years now, and would you believe I still have cravings and sometimes dream that I am smoking. It never goes away. 😕

Welcome to granny's daugther monekylemur82. This site is helpful, fun, a little weird at times, and can get pretty intense. But I can guarantee you it won't ever be boring. LOL 😊 😆

Granny - they should start now, don't you think? Lot more of "us" than there are "them." 😆

Maybe one day, when Jerrica is over her "don't want to talk about ghosts anymore" phase, we'll see her here, too.

monkeylemur82 - I'd like to be one of the 1st to welcome granny's daughter to the site. We've heard a lot about you and Zoe. Even though I haven't been here long, your mom and I have decided to (along with a few others) become roommates sometime in the future!

Seriously, welcome to YGS.

david:...You know, John never approved of my smoking either!...And since we were on the way to the birth of HIS grandbaby, I think it was his way of telling me to knock it off once and for all!...So, hey, I'm trying...Haven't been successful to this point, but the thought of quitting is growing on my mind...

So, tomorrow's another day, and once again, I'll TRY to quit!

Thanks for reading and for the comment... ❤

What a great heartwarming story, I agree with the idea your daughter's father was there. (This is definitely something my father would have done). It is heartwarming that he was there for the birth of your granddaughter and that he told you how pleased he was in your dreams. Not long after my great grandmother passed away my parents bought a new car (because the old one was a piece of s**t). Anyway my Dad had to take a friend of his home. And when they got in the car his friend tried to light a cigarette (how rude it still had that new car smell!) when he dropped his lighter. He picked up the lighter when he dropped it again. He looked over to my father and said "something smacking the lighter out of my hand" He tried again to prove his point and the lighter flew towards the floor of the car. My Great Grandmother disapproved of smoking and I remember if she did not want you to pick something up she would smack it out your hand. Thank you for sharing your story it was heartwarming and interesting. 😊

Well, I guess the question that I posted on your other story may just have been answered in this one. How wonderful that the whole family could be there!

Thanks Ibelieve... I would like to think that it was Leslie's dad, but maybe just wishful thinking!...Yea, my ghosts like to do stuff like that, too so who knows? 😆...We have one of those life-sized santas that talks and sings when you walk by and the other day we were all upstairs and he started to sing by himself!...Not just once but twice!...It was so funny... But my husband's a spoil-sport and turned him off... Party pooper!...Any way, thanks again ❤

Congrats on the birth of your grandbaby! That's great! So, you think the ghosts from home wanted to go along for the ride & visit the baby? That's really awesome! At least you know these ghosts are more than likely friendly & wouldn't harm anyone! Thanks for another great story, zzsgranny! 😊

I got the publication e-mail on this on November 20th... I read this site every day, and have not seen it...So, it more than likely will go unread for a long time... But it's just a little thing, no monsters, no demons, no apparitions, no inccubi or succubi, no twelve legged five eyed hunch backed fat hairy growling dwarf dressed in a black cloak stuck to the ceiling by the sucker thing on the top of his head...No, just real life...So, to those of you who find your way here, I thank you for taking the time to read my story... 😆 ❤ ❤
