Incuvictim--At the risk of sounding like Dr. Ruth, I suggest you give yourself over to your hands three or four times in the next couple of days, then see if the surcharge of energy is still around.

Ignoring may work, but might also try to actively get rid of it by telling it to go away and praying for it to go away. Also it *may* have been attracted to you because of the sites you visited on the net. Just a thought.

The best form of defense against an Incubus is to ignore it. If you do not react, it will lose interest. You're doing the right thing by not letting it enter you. Just ignore him, and he should go away, though it'll take time.
