I started thinking that maybe there is more than one entity that I'm sensitive to or that is attached. I honestly am a layman in terms of the paranormal world and information, which is the reason I don't really know what to believe. No it's fine, you did help:)

It sounds like you may more then one spirit haunting you. It could be a demon, from my experience the reason about the dream is, because the part at which we fall asleep is when are defense are dropped. At that time you could be possessed, or spirits could enter your dreams, or hurt you. Now also you should trust your gut about what it is telling. (not what the Spirits are saying) Have you tried getting rid of the neckless. If you did and it still happening it may not be a ghost and something more. Sorry if this does not help much.
