Hello Brownie09. I believe that if I had an Aunt that gave me a present like that -- that I would dam* sure mark her off my list of favorite relatives. Thank you for sharing your story with us and for making it harder for me to doze off tonight 😊.

I know, when I tried to tell my cousin in Indiana about it, she tried to tell me I was crazy, that there wasn't anything wrong with it, and I told her that she didn't see it, and the things it done, but her mom my aunt believed me, she told my cousin that things like that can really happen.
Which my aunt, she has always been into this kind of stuff, and would like to do some ghost hunting and stuff herself, she said she has always had interest in things like that.
Which, my mom had always seen some of the experiences that I've had, like the house in Indiana, and our apartment, but the thing that actually scared us the most was experiencing that with the joker, to this day I won't have anything to do with them, and neither will my mom, and every time we talk about it, we get chills.

Hello Brownie. This story was creepy since I don't care for any old dolls or clowns. I do have a little collection of tiny figurines which are different clowns though. The joker clowns and very old porcelain dolls give me the creeps, I think they are ugly. I did have a very old joker clown made out of paper mache that my mom had bought me from an antique store years ago. My husband couldn't stand it and after a while when I would look at it, it did give me the creeps too. Needless to say, I threw it out! I believe your story very much. These dolls are just creepy period. When they are in your bedroom especially, you can see them looking at you at night...yuck! I am glad you got rid of it... It probably was evil. 😨

Thanks ya'll, I was glad to be able to share it with you. It is something I think about from time to time every time I see a Joker doll, but what seems weird is I haven't seen no more like the one I had, which I am really glad. I just can't seem to figure out, what could have caused it do that?

Wow Brownie09, that was an awesome story! This is definitely going into my favorites!

Don't worry, I surely believe you on this story. I don't like these types of dolls at all. They give me the creeps! Good that at least your mother believed you, otherwise if nobody would've believed you, you would have had to go through it all alone. Nice story and well written. I'm looking forward to more of your stories! Thanks!

Interesting story, especially the part about the doll being the only one to have a red teardrop.

Since finding this site I've become aware that not all people have the affection for dolls that I've retained into my (very) mature years, although I can understand why they can make people uneasy.

This is particularly true of the kind of doll you describe. When I was very small, I had a real dislike for clowns (which is not uncommon in small children), and to this day I don't care for the type of doll you describe, or even the porcelain clown masks that some people have hanging on their walls. It isn't as if they creep me out or anything, I just don't care for them.

Hope you've overcome this childhood trauma. But I still can understand if you don't like joker or clown type dolls!

Hey Brownie 😁

I have never heard anything like that. It was very interesting and seemed quite scary.

I can sort of imagine what you felt like since I have a creepy clown doll in my house but it is nothing as malevolent as what you described.

At least it is gone now so you should be alright.

Maybe it was posessed!
