Smith Building Ghost

This video clip was filmed by renovators of the building. The renovators kept experiencing all of these strange events, but when they went to the owner, he wouldn't take them seriously. This tape was made with the hopes of proving to the owner that the building is haunted and let the renovators break the contract and quit the job.
