I can see how that would be really scary for you. I actually felt a little creeped out myself while reading your story. I'm not familiar with astral projection, but a friend of ours on this site is quite skilled at it. Actually I think a couple of people are. Aussiedaz has some stories here that pertain to this ability. Night Demon or Nightmare is one if you haven't read it yet. I also believe that rookdygin is skilled in astral projection as well. I hope you find the help you need and learn how to control this amazing ability of yours. 😊
