Very interesting story but I am curious; why mention your name and the city in which you reside? Well, it sounds as if you, as you and your boyfriend very well know, have some paranormal activity going on. I am familiar with the sage ritual; is that to go on for six nights in a row? Just curious.

Keep us updated on the house. Good luck, zeta.

Brick dust only is supposed to keep Evil from entering a house or a room. It doesn't do much if there already is something evil in there to begin with. The same with salt- it acts as a protection if you've made a circle of it. Randomly salting the place, along with leaving brick dust, will just make cleaning harder. Brick dust messes up vacuum blades something fierce!

Ms. Rybak, you really shouldn't be self identifying here on the internet.

As to the problem- you can always try the old 'tried and true": Cold Iron.

Cold iron is a poetic and archaic term for iron, referring to the fact that it feels cold to the touch. In modern usage the term has been most associated with folkloric beliefs that iron could ward off ghosts, fairies, witches, and/or other malevolent supernatural creatures.

you are living in a house that already has an owner. He feels like you are intruding his space. Understand that he feels that this is his home. He is older. I feel bad for him. I recommend you look up the history of this house. If you can find out the mans name try to talk to him and appeal to him. Ask him questions out-loud so he knows that you are listening and that you know he is there.

Imagine yourself in your home. Then imagine some peopole moving in and they don't seem to notice you. How are you going to respond? How would you protect what you think is yours? He just hasn't moved on yet. I recommend looking for a medium to come talk to him and try to convince him to leave. But if he chooses not to, that is ok. He isn't ready yet. Just explain to him that you aren't going to disturb him as long as he doesn't disturb you.

I hope everyhing works out for you. Sometimes you will have to learn to live with eachother.

Maybe you should try salting the house or surrounding the entrances with brick dust? Or, if things get even worse, try to contact a meduim to come visit the house

I can see why you are frightened, Sara, but I have no solution other than bringing in someone to bless the house and put the soul or souls that linger to rest.

I like the details you provide and the way you describe your reaction to them.

Good luck!
