Hello, sir. This is my very 1st comment to any of the stories on this site & I'm glad that its on one of your stories. I've loved all of them so far, so well written. I'm terribly sorry you had to go through these experiences, but you seem to have come out on top. I do sincerely hope there are more DannyBruise stories ahead.

Not everything in life is what it claims to be.
One of the reasons I went to work for Lisa Frank, was because I had seven children, and when my first four when they were younger in the 80's all they wanted was Lisa Frank anything.
In all fairness, Lisa Frank was a very sweet person to me and my family the 30 days I worked there. The real incredible jerk was another person. He was the "Creative Director."
By the way hobbyholly, I was the artist that illustrated what their butterflies should look like. All butterflies on everything you bought from Lisa Frank are based on my illustrations and drawings.
By the way, if you google Lisa Frank, you will see why their web site, and a lot of their business has died.

I'm guessing you skimmed the story.
I'm not likely going to spend from 8:00am until midnight packing my family and all my furniture up because I found mold...LOL! Simple bleach will kill almost any mold. It was more of all the different experiences combined that made us leave. I only have so many words on "Your Ghost Stories" that I can fit in. I would've hoped people reading, would get the gist of the place from what I wrote. Trust me... There was a lot of weird things happening there that I don't have the space to detail.
As for the picture we took in 2008, it was just a little weird. We were on our way back to Phoenix when we thought we should take a picture so we could remember the street. We had a hard time finding the place after so many years. My wife and I just thought it was weird why our digital camera could not capture that damn street sign. As it was, like I said we were on our way back to Phoenix. It's not that important. It was later when we looked at all the pictures that we thought it was weird. Maybe not. The sun was going down, and there was always a flare of light that kept blowing out the sign. The street sign was on the west side of the street. One would expect that the sun coming from behind us from the east would be the glare on the street sign. At the same time digital cameras can get dumb. Yet all the pictures we took of the condo came out just fine. Oh well, it's only part of the whole story of incidences we experienced... One very minor miniscule part of our experience

i can't believe that did you ever find out what was in the space where all the airfreshner was,,, maybe something was hidden there... And as for the dead plants and dessert plants... Something was more than likely killed there and buried under the dirt...

Clearly something happened there (either something gruesome or mold issues) that someone needed to mask a smell.

I too look forward to pictures.

Side Note: You have me worried about my fond memories of Lisa Frank. Then again I remember the "early Lisa Frank" when I was a kid during the early 90s. Hehe
