I don't live in the US but this story has sent shivers down my spine.
I think what you saw was real. I don't think it's a coincidence you saw the girl as her spirit probably felt comfortable appearing to another young girl. Could the girl's name be Sharon? Just a thought.
I do hope you find the church where the incident took place and pleae keep us posted. 😊

I had never heard of this church. Maybe you should try looking on google the maps? Search up the high way, then just travel along on google map until you find it. It may just be a picture, but its gets you more of an idea its location and what current condition its in. I hope I helped! And one question: Did you tell your sisters or your parents about seeing this girl?
