This was back in 2007 when I lived in Illinois. My husband, my mom, and I had a few friends over at our house. We had a couple of beers except for my mom because she doesn't drink, but we were messing around and taking pictures of each other.

When I uploaded the pictures to my computer, I came across something in one picture. Which, knowing I smoke and so did the woman taking the picture, I thought it could have been smoke.

The next day I asked her if she was smoking when she took the picture of me the night before, and she said no. What I really can't figure out, that is after this showed up in the picture, it always felt like that something would be watching me.

I have looked at the picture over and over, and I did remember that she didn't light a cigarette until after she had taken the picture. I showed it to my aunt who believes in these things, and she said that it did look like something was in the picture with me.

I have taken a picture with my digital camera while I was smoking, to see if I could do that again, but nothing like that has ever came up again. So I was wondering, if something was in the picture with me that night.

I have taken several pictures since that night, even when I was holding a cigarette, but it has never done anything like it done that night. I don't know this is scary or anything, but I just wanted to share it, and see what you all think.

I like it but it looks like smoke. It was probably the lighting and flash reflecting

its quite an awesome pick:) right in the middle of the 'smoke' I can definately see a face, it kind of resembles yoda. Looks like quite an innocent face

Is it just me, or does anyone else see the face of a gargoyle, facing down towards Brownie's head? That was the first thing that struck me.

I definitely think a spirit is posing with you. Usually when people smoke, those cigarette fogs does not show up well. I know for sure it is not your cold breath.

lol I wouldn't be reacting like that if I saw ghost fog or something I be like what the hell. I be running round the room.

Before I post the link, I did clean my camera before taking this picture, there was no dust. I put some blue arrows on it to help identify it.

Hi whiteBuffalo, sorry I meant the fan was pointing toward the air and was facing the wall to my left in the picture and was pointing toward the cieling. Hope that helps.
Sorry about that, maybe it was smoke, but I have some more pictures that I have some questions about also.

I am no photography expert, but I DO think this to be smoke. I can not understand your last comment. The fan was facing... Which way? Toward you (and the camera) or away from you (and the camera)?
To be honest, I have a few photographs myself of the "spiral" that are confirmed smoke photographs.

Without reading the other comments, I think you need to post the photograph to get a bit better feedback. It would be hard for us to tell you that it was definitely smoke, with out the picture in front of us to tell you why.

ZuNuKoo, Hi know that is what I thought too, but as I was looking back at the picture, she didn't light a cigarette until after the pic was taken, plus we had a fan on that was blowing the toward, but I have also taken pictures holding a cigarette, it has never done anything like that. So, I don't know thanks for the comment. 😊 😕

It looks like someone holding a cigarette and taking a picture. The smoke is coming from the top right. It starts out thick then thins.

Frankly I think you may have caught something on film besides dust or smoke. I would love to see that pic. Makes me want to go up on my attic right now and take pics. When I was up there one day not long ago I felt something tap me 3 times on the shoulder. At first I thought it was my cat Bon who always does that to me to get fed. I was alone and there was nothing where I was that would have allowed my cat to reach that height. Oddly it didn't scare me at all. I was like what the heck? It was broad daylight at the time and there are windows to let the light in. My son who lived in this house before we started reconstruction but owned it said his friend's dog whom he babysat at times froze up there and wouldn't come down. He had to carry an irish setter down the attic steps. Also when he lived here he would hear conversations upstairs. I never have and I have lived here 4 years He never liked living here but hubby and I love it. I think he was just freaked out being in a big house alone. Or, he is intuitive and I am not. Fat chance he would believe that he's a damn republican j/k. Lol

Hi savypickles and yes I will send it to you. As I said in my story though, that I do smoke and I thought that could be it, but after that picture, was taken, I have taken more pictures with me holding a cigarette and it has never done that. 😊
