My 1920's Home 5

Omg last night was a bit freaky here in my house. My daughter was in my room sleeping and I was in there also watching TV before going to sleep. I woke up about midnight and went to the bathroom. I heard what I thought was my sons car coming home so I went to the front door and looked but didn't see him coming. I heard a noise in his room and went to see and looked around the house and found nothing but felt weird. I went back to bed and closed and latched my door. I then started hearing the noises again like bu
Bumping and so I text my son asking are you in the house?! Then texted a minute later, where are you?! Ate you home?! I then heard foot steps like him and his friend walking quietly down the hall past my room to his without making a lot of noise on our hardwood floors. I heard bumps and noise coming from his room as I was hearing walking and also the front kitchen nook is where my daughters dresser and things ate and I heard get window open from my room. My door peeked out a weird heavy uncomfortable feeling came over me like an invisable force field stopped me and freaked me out so I hurried and shut and locked the door. I was going to go check it out with a sword in hand and that's why I asked my son so I would know and not get go with the sword! But the feeling was so creepy and eerie I just stayed I my room. I had to go to the bathroom but ended up hiding it all night. I was trying to stay calm and debating weather to call the police or not but just kept texting g what as happening to my son I stead. I also went on this yes no oracle and asked if there was someone in my house and it said yes so I asked more specifficaly is there a stranger in my house right now it said yes again! I was creeped out pretty good and after two hours I finally fell asleep. My son had came home shortly after but I didn't hear him home in. I have had that weird force field feeling a few times before. I had taken a nap while my daughter was in school and my son wasn't home either so just me and our cats. I napped and woke up but was still asleep and came out of my room to see my old skeleton keys and locks I have displayed on the wall in my entry/ dining room were gone! Then I looked over another foot to see my hutch and all my antiques and china dishes were gone and then saw my neighbor standing there! It was like I was dreaming but awake. It was so real. I told her I calling the pice do I was holding her arm taking her to my sons room where at the time our only working Hoya phone was to call police and when I got to his room I let go of her arm in shock to see his queen bed turned On its side shoved in the closet, that has a normal bedro door on it, and saw all the rest of the furniture stacked up in a corner and it freaked me out! Neighbor them said I told you I didn't take your stuff I came to warn you my room mate saw a demon leave your house! That was it for the dream but when I tell it I get chills and my hair stands up all over my body. Once I was on the phone with a friend telling her this as I was walking to my sons room to get on the computer and as I got to the door way I felt that invisable force field as if saying font come in do I didn't! I turned Round scared and told my friend about it. I just can't explain. Every time I talk about it I get the prickles! I think someone other than the girl and lady are here. I also think I have ana here too but don't think it's him either! I need a medium to come over. Anybody in Orange County Ca who wants to visit me and talk to the spirits? I want to see for my self more evidence. I experience a lot in this house. Also recently a few weeks ago my sons friends stayed over and slept on the couch and he said he looked up to see a little girl standing in the kit hen by the stove and it wasn't my daughter! So he called my son to look but he didn't see her but he said the house had a very strange feeling about it he couldn't discribe. The same friend has a phone my daughter got ahold of and his phone had a lock but she got passed it and there was a mans voice recorded on it! It wasn't anyone at our house either! My daughter has Downs Syndrome and is super innocent and she says she sees things too. She blames the spirit if something happens. Going on 11 years in this house! I lI've this house spooks and all even though it is a challenge to remain calm and cool!

I would like TAPS or another team come out again. I wish I could find a medium and not tell them about my house and see what they pick up on. I reay want to get a little flash light like they use on Ghost Huntets because TAPS tried it and it worked! I wish they got it on film though. The house has been a little quiet lately. I have nOt been hearing or smelling much over the holidays but then again we had a full house most every night! I have got a creep factor a few times in the living room and bathroom. All my sons friends say they feel less creeped out when the door isn't closed all the way and when they do have to close it all the way they say they hurry to finish and get out! I have seen dark shadows go by out of the corner of my eye and the shadow still appears in the window in my living room. That's what freaks me out! I stand in my kitchen and smoke by the window over th sink and it's a straight path view to shadow guy and I just stare at it and feel when I turn away it gets darker. I wonder if my parakeets Rocket and Jett, if they feel presence be ause sometimes they freak out flapping and squawking. They did that once a few seconds behold a good size earth quake a few months back. I am in Orange County so if any mediums out there willing to visit and in estivate let me know! A friend of my sons played a freaky recording on his iPhone. He was at our Halloween party and my daughter (who has downs syndrome) she got his phone and some how hit record and it sounds like a man talking next to her! There was no man here at the party only teens. I wonder about it. I have tried talking to the spirits here but no luck with any definate responses though, darn it! It seems they aren't the social type I guess! Maybe if a medium came over they would open up.

what an amazing and interesting story! I am glad you were able to attract the attention of TAPS! I feel sad for any of those lost souls. I hope someday an experienced medium can put them at peace.

I do know one thing for sure, A male spirit is always attached to cigar or cigarette smoke and also cologne, and a female spirit is attached to perfume or flower smells. It sounds like you may have both if you smelled cigar smoke AND womens perfume.

The little girl who lived in my house had died from appendicitis. She was operated on in the general hospital a few streets down. I don't know if she passed there or in the house. She is laid to rest at a near by cemetery and is next to her brother. He was only 7 and drowned when the family lived in Long Beach. They since moved to Fullerton and then had their daughter Ellinor who was born a year after her brothers passing and then they lost h er at age 8.How sad isn't it. Her mothers last address was a couple streets away. So to me it appears this house was too sad but then she still wanted to be close so it could very well be the mother with her child here. The smells of burning oil or rubber smell, well I found out three people who once lived here worked in oil refiners and three others worked in rubber factories.

I also have had felt the presence of a man and have heard a mans voice very faint and can't tell what was said but it did sound like it was inside the house and it came in talking over the TV. I also in the nook make shift daughter's room off the kitchen I have smelt a cigar and perfume and heard a small group of people talking for a second. It was all very faint in sound and smell and lasted for only a couple seconds just long enough to distinguish it. Guest say the bathroom is also a creepy feeling room and no one body like the door shut all the way. My daughter won't bath the door shut all the way and neither do I like to.

That's awesome that they came out and did an investigation. It doesn't sound like you have anything to worry about. I wonder too if the little girl knows she is dead. Thanks for sharing. I've read all your stories.:)

something you might want to remember is that if the little girl didn't know wot happened she is just as scared and you and will mean you no harm ❤

no need to get scared, they are just ghosts so they cannot kill you Be nice and talk to them and you won't be scared and if you want them to go away. You can check the net for a special prayer. The prayer worked at my house. I just don't know the name.

I don't think I could stay very long in such an active house. I'm not that brave. 😭

I would have been super excited to have any of the TAPS teams come to my house as well!

I have read all the previous submissions about your house. I recall reading them when I first found this site a few years ago and was going through a lot of the stories from California. I was born and raised there and have been trying to keep up with any stories that come from home.
COOL! I am impressed that you got a team of investigators to come out to the house. That must have been very exiting. I'll bet you are happy to finally have some validation for all that has been going on on your home all these years. It is so sad about the child, I hope she has crossed since then.

😁 you know old houses they have really ghosts whether it be a good ghost or a bad one, but I think your house have both. Be careful

Kymba, I've re-read your other posts and yes, our experiences are similar. No shadows in the house I live in now, although I have seen them in the past. I just don't recall where - my grandmother's house, or my parents' house. I do remember asking my mother about them - they looked like upright wolves to me and I was terrified of wolves. She told me it was my eyes playing tricks on me, and not to be alarmed. I carried that with me into adulthood, and only recently did I understand what I was probably seeing. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences.

What a wonderful story... Years ago I lived in an older home and BOY! Did I have GHOSTS! I was never scared... But there were times I found myself a little creeped out. I would love to hear more about your house and some of the things you have experienced. I wished I had had a paranormal team come into my home when I lived there... I really miss that house and the ghosts in it. 😆

I live in an 1896 house that I am sure has some paranormal activity, mostly scents and sounds, like our doorbell ringing one night when the outside storm door was locked and it was inaccessible (it is mounted on the inner door which is original to the house). So I need to read more of what you have experienced!

I really enjoyed reading your story. The houses from the 1900's have such amazing history. Since the house is located there, its very possible that maybe part of it had caught fire and was re fixed which might explain the smoke smell, they used wood or coal for heat at some point and for cooking. So sad a child that small had to go through that. And now you know for sure there are a few making it known they are there. May your journey be full of good things to come! Blacksky.
