A Christmas Visitor

About 8 years ago, when I was 5 (I am now 13), I lived in this house which was believed to be haunted. Since I was so young, I didn't really believe this stuff because at that age, kids sometimes think what people tell you are mad up. Just a joke to scare you.

It was Christmas Eve and everything was normal. I went to bed early so that Santa could come to my house faster. I laid awake in bed thinking about all the neat presents I would be getting the next day. I thought about all the toys, pretty clothes, candy and other cool stuff kids get for christmas. I discovered that by thinking about all this caused me to gain no progress in getting to sleep. So, I pushed the excitement aside and soon fell asleep.

That morning, I woke up and like every normally kid, realized that it was christmas morning and jumped out of bed as fast as I could. I then ran to my parents bedroom (where they were still sound asleep) and woke them up shouting "Wake up! Its Christmas!" They sleepily crawled out of bed and told me to go on to the living room.

While they went to the bathroom to help themselves wake up, I was anxiously waiting near the tree, staring at all my presents. I knew I couldn't open a present until my parents told me I could, so I just tried to guess what I had gotten. I then walked over to the couch and sat impatiently. At that moment, in front of me, I saw the apparition of a 15 year old girl holding one of MY presents. She then held it out to me and said "Here you go. Open it..." When I told her no, she put it back under the tree.

At that moment, my parents walked into the room and she disappeared. When I told my parents what I saw, they didn't believe me.

Indeed, this ghost girl is definitely friendly. However, sooner or later, you have to help this girl to move on. Not all ghost can be friendly for too long.

hi just ran across your story, it seems like the little girl, was as excited as you were about opening up the present to see what it was, or maybe the present she was holding out to you, was something that you really wanted... She seemed like a nice little girl. 😊

Aww... That's really sweet. ❤ Some spirits are really kind and it seems that this girl knew you wanted to open your gifts. Wow, have you seen her again after that?

wow aww sweet little girl I guess she just wanted to see you happy. That's a really nice and lovely story. Yeah I think she wanted to be loved and happy just like you. I guess she died at a young age and she gets excited over Christmas as well. How you said it to her could of a bit upset her in a way cause she wanted to see another kid enjoying Christmas and seeing them happy. But maybe she under stud that you couldn't open them yet until your parents were there in the same room to watch you over them. 😊 You could of explained it too her more clearly than just saying NO it not kind of nice she thought she was helping you maybe she didn't know that it was wrong maybe she didn't know you couldn't open your presents without your parents there. You could of just said sorry No because I have to wait for my parents to be here watching me. That would of been nicer. Never mind it over and done with now. 😊 Thanks for sharing your story with us. It was so sweet and a nice story. I enjoyed reading it. 😊

Misty, good story, a little different by good. Did you recognize the girl? Maybe do a little research on your home and see what you can find out. Keep us posted and if possible send the links you used to find your answers.

Peace, Love, and Luck be with you.
